“My car was hit by a large piece of plywood on Halloween. Luckily, it didn't affect the driving. I still needed to get it fixed, because the hood was crushed. All the rest of the places I called said they couldn't get me in for two months. Caliber Collision got me in, in two weeks. They answered all my questions. They gave me a time estimate that allowed for any possible delays. Then, they revised it down, when they were able to get all the parts. There was a hidden part that was damaged that cause a day's delay. They communicated on their progress, whether they were still on track, or when there was a delay. I got my car back, and it both looks great and runs great. I would recommend their service to anyone, and if I needed service again, I would try them first.”

“Was running late to pick-up my car after it being in the shop for 30 days. Although I called beforehand to tell them, I was running even later than I expected, and ended up arriving about around 5 minutes after close (actually 5:38). As I pulled up to the shop, I was relieved to see, the OPEN light still on in neon bright colors, and the guy from the phone call (Forgot his name, I apologize) reclined waiting for my arrival. Walked right on in,.Very friendly interaction altogether and a firm handshake, and only a few minutes later was out the door with my keys. Fabulous service.They say Little things go miles. In this instance, it was his 5 minutes and (hopefully, for me) 50,000 more miles.Its also a 5 star review. Thank you.-”

“Been taking my car here for over a decade. I've always felt they've been honest with me about what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. My most recent experience involved having my 17 year old car towed in when the fuel pump died. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle while my car was getting repaired. Chase was great, and kept me updated all along the way. I've also had great experiences with James and Steve in the past as well. When I went to pick up my car, an elderly woman was inquiring about the car wash in the same building. While it's an entirely seperate business from Victory, James offered to walk her over there and help her get set up with the car wash/detailing folks. He totally didn't need to do that, but he did because these folks at Victory are good people. This is why my husband and I keep coming back... everyone is kind, honest, dependable, and goes above and beyond.”

“My windshield seal flew off during that week of excessive windchill advisories and my husband I could didn’t want to try and glue the seal back on because we were worried about chipping the glass. I had called around to get an estimate, I was told from a larger twin cities company that I might need a complete new windshield and lane departure warning reconfiguration which was quoted at over $1000. A google search led me to Shannon Auto Glass and after reading the reviews, I felt like I could trust this shop and gave them a call. I drive past this shop every week and never gave it a second thought or hardly saw it as I was zooming by on the highway. Like most people, my thoughts automatically go to some larger company. I’m so glad I found this place because Shannon aka Shorty is the sweetest guy ever. He re-glued my windshield seal at zero cost and refused a tip until I insisted, which he gave to his service tech. The office building felt cozy , welcoming and comfortable. The service was quick and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would put my trust in them for future services, as needed.
