Bought a Silverado with a "salvage" title from them. Couldn't tell where the damage originally was by looking at it and she drives quite smoothly. They even washed the truck when I called ahead to buy it! Give them a look if you're looking for a used vehicle.

I bought a 2011 Mazda 6 from Alliance Auto in 2018 for my daughter who was in one of the southern State colleges. The vehicle served her extremely well with no mechanical issues apart from an AC compressor that we replaced in 2021. When my daughter returned back to Minnesota in September 2022, the vehicle sold in three days and I am upgrading the vehicle with another selection from Alliance Auto. I hope the 2015 Jeep Renegade TrailHawk I have bought will serve us as well as the Mazda. Thanks for stocking excellent vehicles at competitive prices.

I recently traveled from out of state to purchase a Toyota Sienna. I initially messaged them on the weekend during off-hours and received a reply in less than an hour. I called the following Monday and they talked through all of my questions, they were very helpful. The staff was friendly and professional. I decided to make the trip and was not disappointed! The Sienna I was considering was in great shape and sold at an excellent price.

Looked at a 2007 tahoe they had on the lot. They ranted about how clean and well taken care of it was and how they had it looked over by mechanics. Took it for a test drive and there was a noise from the engine found a broken motor mount. I'll never go back to there lot again.

Every single vehicle they sell is MARKED UP to mark down to make buyers feel as if they're getting a good deal. Salesman also told me since they already "mark down" their prices it's firm. So I said I'll think about it and walked away. No wonder he said "yea, i don't understand why these vehicle stayed so long in the lot." 3 star for a friendly sales man though.

Very frustrating to deal with. They promised they had it inspected by a mechanic, they must have realized I needed a vehicle for the family and over promised things to me. I got the car inspected and the battery tested bad. The dealership wanted 300$, ALLIANCE AUTO’s reply was “that sounds like something a dealership would say to get you to buy a battery”. I took it to AutoZone and confirmed it failed a battery test. I had to replace the battery myself to have a working vehicle for my family. It’s a shame ALLIANCE wouldn’t work with me on this.
