Dealing with COVID, and unemployment, it was extremely important to me to get an estimate before any services were performed. When I went to pick the car up, I got sticker shock....as the price was almost double of the quote. He claimed I misunderstood the quote. (There was nothing misunderstood). Eventually, I will get a job, and this will be put behind me. The dishonesty will never be forgotten. Please consider getting all quotes in writing. I was a fool to trust somebody who I initially thought was honest.
