Poor customer service. I ordered a gift for a family member in another state. They shipped it to my billing address instead of the shipping address. I emailed and called about the mistake but they stated they “automatically” ship to the PayPal address, despite filling out the shipping and billing on the order form. They were not willing to correct the mistake until I opened a case with PayPal. If they improved upon their customer service and were more organized, I would consider using them again.

Brady Ranweiler purchased a set of 4 oxygen sensors from us and shipped back the original sensors from the vehicle. The returned items are all rusty, threads are stripped, corroded, and one even looks like a bear chewed on it. He is a great scam artist and should not be trusted to work on any type of vehicle. This is the type of garbage service you can expect from this shop.

I've ordered a few parts from this company ,one being a shorten front drive shaft for a 64 impala with a turbo 400. I called and spoke to a guy named Bruce for technical help to order the right part . I received the part and it was to long! Here to find out the one they sell is for a short shaft and I had a long shaft 400. Bruce would not take any responsibility for being the technical help and never asking about the shaft leangth when I called . I was refunded for the part itself but nothing on the shipping either direction. When I called to meet in the middle with shipping he wouldnt pay anything even though he was wrong and I shouldn't have pains shipping at all since part was wrong. If I could give less stars I would, poor customer service when dealing with someone that's suppose to be providing technical help!!!
