Stopped in to check on getting my daughter’s damaged phone replaced. Store was dirty, displays were mostly empty or had broken phones on them. Was met by a kid in a ponytail that seemed like he was new. Every question I had about my business account he had to go ask the manager lady in the back of the store who by the way yells across the store at every person who walked in asking them what they need. Ok weird? Isn’t that the job of the ponytail kid? While helping a couple she gets a call from one of her kids or husband I assume and starts arguing very loudly with them while the customers sat there. Since the young man couldn’t seem to help me I asked to speak to her to try and solve my problem. I waited another 20 min while she small talked with this couple obviously not in a hurry to help others who are waiting. Seems like her staff have not been trained properly. Very unprofessional vibe I got from only being in there 30 minutes. Will not be back.

Was supposed to pick up my SIM card there got there at about 5:30-6 and it wasn't even open it says it's open till 7:00 but 45 minute drive for nothingUpdate:Well I tried calling four times at around 10am and I also just tried calling three or four times around noon so I don't even know when you guys are going to be open or not so how am I supposed to get my SIM card I didn't want to wait two days for them to ship it to me so I decided to just pick it up at a local location cuz I could pick it up next day and now I got an email saying my order is ready to pick up I also received one yesterday but you weren't there to pick it up are you going to be there today until 6:00 at least or?

Was helping my Mom with getting a phone for her. It did take quite some time considering the girl working was all by herself. They've been trying to get help ; but just like everywhere else help is hard to find. I think her name was Kristi. She did such a good job juggling between customers; remains patient as others not so patient as a few people left not understanding this girl was working alone. I too did not wish to be there so long, but the way this gal handled herself; I decided to wait. I really hope this girls efforts & how she handles herself is recognized. We may not be happy sometimes when service is down or things don't work as they should or when your a new person & a rookie w fancy technology trying to understand things & it doesn't seem to go your way. But when you get a person that gives service the way this gal did; just makes the stress of things feel less heavy. Thank you Kristi for such great service. I hope I did get your name right.

Dylan was great. I took my mother to get a new cell phone. He explained very thing very well and set the phone up in east mode for her right away. Thank you!

Took 2 hours to get a new phone, unable to process the trade in promotion, sent me to a corporate store 40 miles away to be turned away with no help. Tried going back to this location twice and doors were locked during posted hours. Not helpful at all.

The young lady how help me switch to verison did a great time. It ended to be a two day ordeal to get ride of my old service and getting Verison. She is awesome. If you need help or want Verizon service see the young lady at new ulm mn

It wasn't busy and Cecelia was with other people but she took a second to ask of second to see if i was gonna need help or had questions and let me know it would be just a couple minutes and she would be right with me. Cecelia was friendly and polite and a big help. The store did have what I was looking for as well.
