“Last Friday I came in to get my girlfriend a bunch of Halloween balloons for Trunk-or-Treat, and I was blown away (much akin to the balloons the following Saturday) by how nice and helpful the two ladies working there were! I don't know their names, but one of them also happened to participate in Trunk-or-Treat. They both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect balloons, and they offered brilliant suggestions (and even extremely helpful girlfriend advice) to give me the best customer experience I've seen in years.
