This tax preparer should not be working. He can't keep track of his clients. We used him for an estate and he made numerous errors, which ended up costing us thousands of dollars in penalties and interest. He told us, for example, that he sent us a tax record late, because he was using the estate's fiscal year, not the calendar year. When we called to ask him to put it in writing, for our income taxes he denied ever having said that and asked if I had him on tape. He's elderly and patronizing, in my opinion, has memory issues.
