I had a haircut on 8/18. Worst haircut I've had in 20 years. I asked Kim to take off an inch. I was lucky to have an inch. Still struggling to fix my hair. I still can't wrap a curling iron around my hair and it's been almost 3 weeks. Too busy talking about her vacation. I will NEVER go back. My hair was 5 inches at the time. The stylists here are amazing. They do a great job meeting the needs of all ages and genders. I came in with significant hair problems and Kelsey was able to keep my styles current during the years-long process of fixing my hair. Her attention to detail is wonderful.

Love going to this place to get my eyebrows done cost $7 total just for my eyebrows they do old magnificent job love the staff would totally recommend you can make a reservation online that is an option.

I went in and asked to be taken from a light brown to blonde. They did that in two sessions, I shouldn’t have come back after the first where my hair got fried, I went back for the second appointment and they must have left it on my hair for to long because now my hair is ruined. It’s gummy, frizzy, breaking constantly, and when I brush my hair I will lose a small handful of hair. I would not recommend going here.

The girls at First Impressions are amazing! I’ve been going to Kim to get my hair done, and eyebrows waxed for almost two years. I use to have a lot of hair anxiety, which resulted in me never, ever, getting my hair done. Now, I feel excited whenever I go in! Great place!
