I've tried being patient and understanding with the old man there however, I'm done. We will be setting up an account elsewhere. The old man is lazy and every time myself or my employees go to get something his attitude is obnoxious as if we're a bother. If you don't like your job, quit.

My employee picked up a part for a Audi Q7. Showed them picture and item number. Came out with part that looked nothing like what I needed and said this was the correct part, also part was more expensive. Brought wrong part back that on Napa website said it would not fit my Q7 and showed them on Napa website they have the part I needed in stock and ready for pickup. Also checked with my local Napa that didn't have the part on hand that the New Prague store had 5 in stock. They told me to go online and order it come back in 30 minutes and see if they had the right part in stock. I've never heard anything that stupid in my life...

As a mechanic I really like this Napa. The people get to know you, have a sense of humor, and will work to find what you need. Inventory is kept up as well as can be expected and if something needs to be ordered they can tell you when it will be in and it will be. Access is excellent, parking is great, and the selection is better than I expected for the size. The size of the store is the only reason it isn't 5 stars.
