Today I had the worst experience at holiday....all because of how rude the guy (Alex) was behind the counter he had no right to treat me like I wasn't welcome I left without buying anything because of the way he handled things hopefully in the future they will put more friendly people up front

This Is The Best Gas Station In New Prague None Of The Others Come Even Close To It. I’m 19 And I've Been Going There For Years And Have Had No problems. Once I Was A Dollar Short And The Lady Let Me Leave Eben Tho I Was A Dollar Short. Don't Fire Her For That Actually If She Still Works There I Fell Like She Should Get A Giant Raise. Like $20 A Hour Instead Of Whatever She's Making. A $5 Raise Should Be Good.

Went to fill 2 grill propane tanks with there bulk fill for $2.99 lb but they ring me up for two charges of $12.99 flat rate. They said they can only do the $2.99 pound if it was a larger tank. When I asked if there was anything else they could do all she said is that’s our policy. Turns out my two tanks only ended up taking 4 pounds total between the two of them. Absolute rip off!! Will never use them again for propane.

Nice small gas station compared to other Holiday gas station, surrounded by restaurants and clinics as well as many other business. The restrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Floors were clean. I spent 15 min at the only table and four chairs they had for customers. Table was not clean though (some debris ). Reasonably easy to get in and out.

This gas station is horrible. You can't even be white without being profile or discriminated so I feel bad for any blacks Hispanics and so forth that will go into this gas station. They talk about the customers that come in all the time and it's not anything good. It is like being in high school all over again and they are very disrespectful from the general manager to the assistant general manager to Allison who is the worst of them all. My wife can't even go there because allisonlmy way was trying to tell me over a vacuum cleaner how many towels we would need to clean the car so who say that the domestic when I was just trying to yell over vacuum and across a lot. They lie they cheat and they steal for their own benefit and they will truly talk about any clothes that you are wearing anything you buy pick on you and these are customers that they are talking about so please stay away. I am calling the BBB. Health department and any other departments I need to to fix this.

Experience several failed attempts to correctly ring up my total balance at checkout, which seemed to infuriate the employee. She displayed an annoyed demeanor to her customers and myself as we where in the checkout line.

We refilled our 100lb propane bottles even though they don't but the lady was very friendly and helped us so much thank you very much
