Today I had the worst experience at holiday....all because of how rude the guy (Alex) was behind the counter he had no right to treat me like I wasn't welcome I left without buying anything because of the way he handled things hopefully in the future they will put more friendly people up front

Experience several failed attempts to correctly ring up my total balance at checkout, which seemed to infuriate the employee. She displayed an annoyed demeanor to her customers and myself as we where in the checkout line.
