I initially thought that i was going to get the car back and it was going to look bad but be driveable. To my surprise it looked great when I got the car back. Joel was honest and very reasonable on price. I would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“I bought a f150 from a carfax listing. The ad said $75 title and closing costs. Not true. My salesman forgot to mention extra costs for off site purchases $500 which he got reduced to $300 due to not mentioning it prior. The title fee was $200. The description of the vehicle was accurate and I am very happy with the truck. The dealership shipped the truck out of state and all went well except when it was delivered. I only received one key instead of the two I suppose to get. The delivery driver didn’t speak English and finding out what happened with my second key was impossible. I called my salesman and he said I should’ve received two keys. Over a month has passed and still nothing on the key. I have called and texted the salesman and he said to keep calling. I was a ford dealer for twenty and never have seen anything like this. Lack of communication and not following through with the promise of a key will destroy this dealer.
There is no one in this dealership that handles customer satisfaction and when I call to ask for help I get sent to the salesman who has not responded to me in a month. Joe came through as promised.”

“As a mechanic I really like this Napa. The people get to know you, have a sense of humor, and will work to find what you need. Inventory is kept up as well as can be expected and if something needs to be ordered they can tell you when it will be in and it will be. Access is excellent, parking is great, and the selection is better than I expected for the size. The size of the store is the only reason it isn't 5 stars.”
