Wonderful customer service!! I had tried this jacket on in the store and didn’t buy it right away. Had my mom go back to get it and she mailed it to me as I don’t live in town. There was a flaw in the jacket and when I contacted Ali about it, she was so kind and helpful. I shipped the jacket I had and luckily they had another one in my size and Ali shipped it to my house. I was so excited to get this. Absolutely love this jacket, lots of compliments today when I wore it for the first time. I’ll be back to shop in the store! Love the styles that these ladies show.

Drove from the Twin Cities to finally visit the boutique I have been following for 10 years now! Was so excited to have Ali help me choose options. I love my new clothing items and my male boss complimented me on my shoes today!! After the past year of working from home in sweats and tees, I feel fancy today!

Very disappointed. Primarily with the employee that helped me,The concept of this boutique is fabulous and I was excited to visit.. But clearly, the sales lady isn’t on the same page as the owner.Please do not address your customers as “dearie” or “sweetie”. This is such an immediate turn off for me.I did not feel I was “heard” in my preferences. Nor did the employee follow the “rules” that are clearly displayed in every dressing room. The poor customer service I received was not at all what I expected after viewing their videos and reading their positive messages.Clothing was pleasantly displayed and cute enough. I just couldn’t work with the employee. Especially after addressing me as “sweetie” and “dearie” a hundred times.
