DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I work in social services and used this company for transportation for a client to a medical appointment. I booked 24 hours in advance. The first time I had to cancel her appointment because they stated she was not there when they showed up. They were full of excuses. I rescheduled a ride 24 hours in advance for her rescheduled appointment. This time I went to wait with her. They never showed. I called 4 times times while waiting for her to get picked up and was told various excuses. They were working on dispatch. we had missed the ride. They were in their way. All false. Horrible horrible horrible service. If they can't provide service they should not lie to people who are dependent on them for transportation. 0 stars if possible.

Driver remembered my name from the last time I called Yellow Cab. He was very polite, and took the shortest route to my destination.

To get straight to the chase, the negatives and positives: Negatives: The call operator has scheduled and told me my ride would be at my location at a certain time, and they legit NEVER showed up and I was stranded at night. This happened 2/5 times I used the service. - the operator doesn’t answer the phone whatsoever half the time I call. I’ll wait 15 min, no pick up. Positives: I’ve met some REALLY cool cab drivers who have GREAT customer service and even arrive sooner than estimated ( I like that ). It’s legit not the cab drivers that’s the problem. It’s the person scheduling the rides ( from my experience )

Called at 3pm for a driver to meet me at 4pm for work. Driver was an hour late. They couldn't call ahead and say someone was running late? Never using them again.

My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!
