I did an online pick up order and for some reason the store was not receiving it, called the store was told my a first staff they will work on it. Still didn’t see any progress 2 hrs later called again , and they said they were not seeing it still. Verified it was the correct store. it suppose to be at least 30 min away but now it’s about 3 hrs. Spoke to the manager Kayla and she was amazing and sweet. She told me to come in and she will see what’s going on. I came in and seen Kayla. She was very professional and kind we went all around the store to see the products so she was going to make me repurchase the items and told me if the bank didn’t clear she will give me the refund. These are the items I needed today. Unfortunately the order finally came in 3 hrs later which I think was a glitch of some sort but she was going to substitute one of the items at I really needed for something a little more expensive because of all hassle I went through. But we eventually found the correct item anyways because it did say it was in stock. So I’m happy for that. I was going to give this place a 3 stars because when I called the lady who picked up sounded rude and unprofessional and was huffin and puffin which I told Kayla about that, I was calm about the situation but the lady was just rude af. But because of Kayla and her going above and beyond I will give this place 5 stars! Thank you Kayla for all of your help? and to the lady who picked up you gotta work on your attitude ! Don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it.

Never ready on time sometimes not ready until I’m out. Worst pharmacy around.
Nothing has changed still can’t get it done on time and have to miss doses of heart medication.

Ever since covid, this Walgreen's has gone done hill. A woman with Eastern Indian accent is always rude and lies about calling others to get medicine. I call and they quickly tell me they never received the call. Just a mess. I had to transfer all medications out of that store.

Easily the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Empty shelves throughout, rude employees, the place was filthy and dilapidated, not sure how it’s still in business.

I bought Christmas gift cards and two were bad cards. This is $200 they told me they couldn’t help me recovery because after a month they purge their records. Then I sit on corporate Walgreens line for hours with nobody answering. I’m having my bank reverse the charges after I file a fraud/theft report. I get it your not the ones who skimmed the cards but still you should help people a bit more than passing off the buck. I can report this store to the BBB for offering no recourse to me.

Very friendly staff in pharmacy and store. Little short staffed but they all keep smiling. These people definitely deserve a raise

Went in for a vaccine, had it done in a room with sacks of garbage stacked on the floor and a floor covered in mud. I understand that vaccines aren't something that need a sterile medical environment but being called into such an unclean room was still very off-putting and unpleasant.

The pharmacist was incredibly helpful and empathetic, even at a very busy time. He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t in any emergency and gave helpful references and was overall very understanding. Thank you for your patience and courteousness!

What a joke. This pharmacy has really gone down the tubes. I’ve cut them some slack due to being understaffed, but now it’s just ridiculous. If you call beforehand to see if your script is ready- you’re on hold for an hour and it seems like they only fill after you call and ask for the status. They seem to always be out of stock, even for basic medications. I went in recently, (03/11/24) and was standing in line (three people in waiting area) for about ten minutes just for the pharmacist- in no white coat, eating with his mouth wide open, just to tell me they’re only doing drive thru right now as of seven minutes ago. Well, I’ve been in line for ten minutes first of all, he was there and an assistant was working the drive thru. No reason I couldn’t have been helped. So, I went through the drive thru in the second lane. Waited there for almost ten minutes before the same guy came on and said “ I’m sorry, the second lane is closed because it’s broken and I haven’t had time to put a sign out yet”. There were four cars in the other lane and three behind me. I got upset and he says “ I’m just one person”. Um no sir, I saw the assistant there as well. Plus, I’m pretty sure one of the store employees would’ve been more than happy to put a sign out there for you if asked. I was mad, so I left.
Today (03:12/24 I called to see if her prescription was ready before I used my lunch break to pick it up. I was on hold for one hour and 50 minutes. Nobody even picked up and asked me to hold, and there was only one caller ahead of me. I don’t care how under staffed you are, there is absolutely no excuse to not answer the phone when someone is waiting for almost two hours.
Most unorganized and unprofessional pharmacies Ive been to.

Came here 2/5/24, Monday, to find Skor candy cars, which, are very hard to find! The Maple Grove location was clear out! The cashier was super nice and changed the price on the oatmeal when we noticed it rang up incorrectly. Clean store. I can't attest to the pharmacy because I go to Maple Grove Costco, best prices for my generic meds.

This is the worst Walgreens location by far the employees are very rude and especially in the pharmacy I had to go to a completely different Walgreens now and have been for a while because they don't even greet you they don't say anything and it's complete waste of my time at this location I hate this location

literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had myprescriptions filled at.you request refillsthey don’t get refilled so then you have to call them.. but they don’t answer the phone so you will be on hold for 30+ minutes. so then you’re forced to drive there to ask when your prescription will be filled. they say an hour and the next day they’re still notfilled . on multiple occasions my refills have taken over a week. which isn’t acceptable when I need my insulin to live .I’ve also been given expired meds. so please check your medication bottles
