“Came in to buy a zoom lense and got great service. However I'm leaving a one star due to having to listen to another employee spouting off about how Donald Trump is a racist and other moronic comments. I came here for knowledge and am used to getting excellent service. Having to listen to idiotic redditors for 30+ mins makes me question whether or not NC cares about hiring knowledgeable individuals. Again I've received excellent service at NC for years but this just makes me want to shop online.

“Mostly use for returns needing to ship out, but staff is great about getting to customers. Store is clean and good sized. They also have a self-service return counter that is awesome - you can just scan your QR code and print out the shipping label to attach to package and go...or if you have a label on it already, scan it and get your confirmation receipt and go.
