“We were referred to The Phoenix by friends, and they have not disappointed us. The first two times we went there for small issues, but estimates from other shops were $300-500. The first issue they solved for $30, the second for $40. Today, my husband took his Subaru Imprezza to The Phoenix after the dealership told him his car needed almost $1,000 worth of service. They said he needed transmission fluid, brake fluid, spark plugs, some filters, and a few other items. We then took the Subaru to The Phoenix to see what they'd estimate for this work. After looking over the vehicle for 4 hours, they called to say the vehicle needed NO work at all. They found a small electrical issue that caused the 'check engine' light to go on and off, and fixed that. When we went to pick up the Subaru, they said 'no charge.' Really???? I expected at minimum a charge for the time and labor - but the mechanic said, "I'd love to take your money if there had been any real work to do, but there was nothing that warranted billing you for." They could have told us anything, they certainly had every right to charge us for their time - instead they went miles above the 'honesty and integrity' bar one hopes for when having service done. Can't recommend highly enough. This is how you get lifelong clients.”

My AC drain has been clogged and it’s been dripping water into my front passenger seat floor. They cleaned it out a few weeks ago, and after the same issue came up again, i took it back in and they cleaned it up again with no charge because they “don’t double dip”. Thanks Amigo! I brought my car in a few times this summer; once for a nail embedded in my tire, which was quickly resolved by the team for a very reasonable price and the other when my service engine light came on a day before a road trip. The team at Amigo fit me in an hour and a half before closing and were able to fix all of the issues. The team is friendly, communicative and does quality work. We're so lucky to have found them in the neighborhood!”
