I've moved in just 2 months now ago have been meaning to write this review.
- The place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept (I would say all the time)
- The staff and people living here are very friendly
- Very limited parking in the apartment’s outdoor parking lot. Additional outdoor parking that are available is shared with the golf course nearby but within specific hours from evening to morning. There is also an underground parking with ample of parking spaces if needed & the only way to guarantee a parking spot
- The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample of nearby stores and food trucks! It's also only a 6-10 minute drive to the Maple Grove area where there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco, REI, Homegoods, etc
First off I just wanted to say that Tyler Heid made the whole process so easy for me to sign with Ironwood Apartments. At the time I lived 40 minutes away and needed to find an apartment around this area fast, so you can imagine how hard it was to find an apartment when you live far + working around the clock + needing all your questions answered on the same day to make a final decision. I had a phenomenal experience with Tyler when touring. Tyler was very prompt & on-time - something I value and appreciate most. He answered all my questions from the beginning to the end of me signing my lease. Tyler did such an awesome job overall that when I toured other apartments nearby, I was left with only wanting to sign a lease with Ironwood Apartments. I can truly say I didn't get the same quality of service as I did when I toured with other apartment complexes. The experience I had with Tyler spoke volumes to me and it was a no brainer to sign with Ironwood Apartments!

I moved into a bigger one-bedroom, and I’ve really been loving it. The space is awesome, and any time I’ve needed something, the staff has been super helpful. The building's always clean, and the location is super convenient. Definitely recommend.

In the midst of selling my house and renting an apartment simultaneously Ashley, Corrina & Tyler have made this process very easy and stress free. I was able to move in a couple days after applying and am beyond impressed with the customer service touches. So excited to be a resident here. Thank you for making this transition smooth and easy, team!

Ironwood is a great community! Having lived here for almost 4 years the amenities are great and the management and maintenance team rock! Ashley and Korrina are so helpful with anything we may need. Definitely recommend.

Good amenities, modern up to date units.
Unfortunately the building must be cheaply made. The ceiling must be paper thin… we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking around. Lucky us, our upstairs neighbors have 3 kids and a dog. We hear the kids running and stomping around all day and night. Hear (what I would assume) them dropping toys, etc. We can hear when their dog barks, and also hear when someone raises their voice.
I love the building, but I have to wear headphones 70% of the day while in my apartment to have any sort of relaxation.

Almost everything is great! However I wouldn’t recommend living on the first floor as the ceiling is very noisy. I don’t think the folks upstairs are doing anything out of the ordinary it’s just very loud and my wife and I have to wear headphones most days to cope. Other than that the experience has been great so far.

I am currently in the process of buyingMy wife's parents house because they want to downsize at their older age. Before filling out the application and paying the hundred dollars app fee they disclosed their Bankruptcy they had and they were still encouraged to apply by the leasing staff. They were then denied due to them Having that bankruptcy on their record. When I called to inquire if they would be willing to work on a solution where myself and wife would cosign and even offered to pay a year of rent up front in advance if they wanted they didn't want to hear about it and said that wasn't an option. So why would they encourage them to apply and pay the $100 application fee Knowing they weren't gonna get approved.In response to your reply your staff should know the rejection criteria and if they don't now you know of one. So next time someone brings up bankruptcy don't tell them to still apply and take their $100 knowing they'll get turned down. And why would I call and speak to someone again? They weren't helpful the first time and doesn't sound like you are offering to help The situation. How about you offer a refund on the app fee? Anyways Thanks for your generic response.
