However, the service has been perfectly reliable and the upload and download speeds always exceed the rated 500 megs. So, all in all, I love them.As opposed to CenturyLink whose DSL was very slow and amazingly unreliable. I disliked them so much for that, and other reasons, that I had them remove their phone line from my house.In comparison, USI is a knight in white armor.”
“Bought my Apple Watch from Mike V at this location on a Friday. Told them I needed it by Wednesday for a trip I was going on and was assured, I would receive it in time which I did. They offered immediate help from the second they greeted me when I walked in through me going three days later to get the watch activated when customer care could not. I spent two hours on the phone with customer care it took them 20 minutes. I could not recommend Patrick and his team more. five stars.”

“After 13+ years with Verizon, I decided to switch our family to T-Mobile (involving 4 lines across 3 states and 3 carriers) after a painful weekend of trying to buy a new phone and move numbers without any progress. The experience with T-Mobile wasn’t much better, and the location I went to closer to my house (Buffalo) managed to make it even worse by entering nearly all our information incorrectly as I felt like a total inconvenience to the staff person ‘helping’. My daughter, who has type 1 diabetes, was without a phone for a couple of days in AZ while my son with high functioning ASD was without his for a week given the extent of customer service issues we were experiencing. We went to the Northtown location as it is the closest location to my son and Missy was wonderful. She was patient, she listened to our concerns, she worked with tech support and identified the issues, and she fixed them. She also treated us like valued customers and not like we were distracting her from playing on her phone like the Buffalo location. Even though I live nearly an hour from this location, I will be coming back when I visit my son or parents because of the service we received. Thank you Missy! For the Buffalo location and the phone tech support I tried to work with over this last weekend: please do better. A lot better. You are there because of the customers, not in spite of them.”

Mike spent alot of time with us making everything go smooth and easier for us the next day. By far the best customer service I could have expected from both of them. “Service and support is incredible. We've had zero issues with our service and the speeds have been consistent and extremely quick. Today our fiber cable was cut by heavy equipment working at our neighbors house, Gigabit techs were at our house no more than 5 minutes after I talked with customer service. We were without internet for less than 45 minutes! I can't imagine how long we would have been down if we were with one of the big competitors. We will be long time customers.”

“My mom and I went today to get new iPhones. We worked with Gregory and he was fantastic. He explained how there are deals at certain times of the year and while it was totally up to us, it was not the optimal time to get brand new phones if ours were still working. He helped me file a claim for my iphone over the phone with Asurion for the broken camera I had (I pay for insurance on it) and my new phone arrived at my house tonight and the Asurion person who brought it set it up for me as well. He was also really great.
Gregory was kind and honest and explained things in a very non-condescending way that we could follow. I am a millennial- but cannot pretend to know everything about the world of new phones. We will definitely be back (to hopefully see him) when its the right time to get the best deal.

“In an outbuilding near Ridgedale Mall. Near iFly. Setup is somewhat like the Apple Store, where you give an employee your name, then wait in line to be called. Once you get a tech, it’s fairly easy to get what you need. (I was there to swap out an old modem).”
