I love the store, but I keep getting the same cashier in express who doesn't acknowledge me, texts through my transaction and is super impolite. It is a real let down since everyone else is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

Well their selection of ground beef I don't believe was that great. And to me it seemed like it had gone up in price at 6.50 a pound. Otherwise the fruit section had a very great selection.

I ALWAYS have to correct a charge after shopping here. I don't usually catch it during check out, which means a return trip for credit or whatever. So frustrating! There must be a way to improve the POS system to accurately capture prices. I don't have this issue with Cub or Target. Makes me want to avoid Hy-Vee, regardless of sales and special deals.

Mobility scooters here are functional, but all are in some state of disrepair. Most are slow and bumpy, but at least all that I've tried have had decent battery life, and there's usually enough scooters to go around.
Overall though, due to the state of their scooters, I tend to avoid HyVee unless I have to go there for some reason

Christina provided excellent service, they jus need someone or something to let the staff know someone is ready to order. I had to ask another staff member Tim if could find someone to take our order

There are so many items on the shelves that are expired. I have called many times to tell them about the moldy produce and expired food. I will not shop here anymore. If you shop here look at the dates!

This store went from amazing when it opened to total trash heap. The place is dirty, the produce is always rotten, the prices are always wrong, and no one cares. Bonus: everything is much more expensive than the two Cub stores within 1 mile of either direction. Do not shop here.

We mostly shop for groceries at Hyvee. We like the layout and atmosphere at the stores and I grew up in a town with mostly Hyvees for groceries. Recently, I’ve noticed service is lacking the quality that I had come to expect at Hyvee, specifically behind the meat counter and less employee presence around the store. Prices are also not the most competitive in the area. While we still shop at Hyvee occasionally, we’re shopping alternatives more often these days.
