I am a little bummed out that a pharmacy tech was unable or unwilling to help me understand how to navigate a prior authorization requirement which prevented me from picking up my prescription. I was told “you need a prior authorization” and, when I asked a follow up question (“do you know how I do that?,) was met with silence. I then asked if that was something the pharmacy did or if I should do it and was curtly informed that “you do that.”
There was nothing necessarily wrong with the encounter, but also nothing helpful or supportive about it either. I wish I could have been offered a little more guidance, information and empathy during an already frustrating experience. It’s okay to not know the answer, and yet I would have appreciated connection with another staff member who may have known.
I usually have a very positive experience at this pharmacy with the friendly and helpful staff, so this review is heavily biased based of off a single experience. Take that as you will :)

Refills are constantly late, days late after it's promised time and date. They purposely send you a text at 7:50 pm, 10 minutes before they close. And this is the only place where the pharmacist doesn't talk to you about meds.

I was having a horrible experience with Walgreens not being able to refill my prescriptions for weeks due to strikes. I had my prescriptions transferred but there was still some trouble in Walgreens end. The pharmacist came over to help me and she was extremely nice and helpful!! I went from being horribly upset to so so relieved. I just can't say how much I appreciated it!! She went above and beyond.

I've never have been spoken to rudely. Medications are on time according to availability, and they answer all my questions. If I call, I have always recieved a cheerful voice.I looked up being a pharmacist once, it changed my view on them. There prices are also lower than those around them. This is my honest opinion.

I really like the bakery and candy aisle even if they are bad for me and i avoid them ! They have an alright variety of frozen stuff and limited variety of produce, and meh variety of healthy non dairy products. It's a bummer i asked the employee if they could order bulk of my preferred OWYN grocery product and the employee told me no. This is a bummer since stuff has been ordered in the past for me

I stopped here for 3 advertised items. What a surprise they didn't have any of them. This seems to be a reoccurring problem not only here but also the Plymouth location. At least at Cub and Lunds & Byerlys they usually offer substitutions.

They are always very friendly and helpful eventhough customers are rude, impatient and down right abusive.

Lauren and the rest of the team did an AMAZING job giving the COVID vaccine to my toddler. Everyone there was incredibly kind, friendly, and well-prepared. They had Daniel Tiger playing in the exam room and prizes for the kids after the shot - they clearly know to make young children feel at ease. I am so grateful to the entire staff for making this a great experience!

I'm not too familiar with this pharmacy, but what I can say is that I witnessed a loud, rude, irate customer berating the pharmacist behind the counter. The pharmacist handled the situation with grace the customer's outbursts of, "I don't trust pharmacists!, " "Give me my medicine!," and my favorite, "They're giving out little pink pills!" Anyone who can handle themselves with that amount of professionalism in the face of a lunatic deserves some credit.

Zero stars for pricing. Went in to buy some items today, 4th time at least that I have to get a cash exchange for sale items that rang up incorrectly. This time I didn't. Price until I got home. Check your receipts! I once worked for Hy-Vee in Iowa, seems to be going down hill and only concerned with filling their pockets. I prefer to shop at Aldi now days, this store eats through my wallet.

Every staff member I’ve talked to here has an attitude when talking to them, and it’s very unprofessional. I’m switching back to Walgreens.

This store seemed crowded and cluttered today. Shelves were all stocked, but most aisles had stacks of merchandise waiting to be shelved. Since the store was very busy, this made it crowded, slow-moving and hard to get around. Lots of extra items in temporary display boxes between the aisles made it feel cluttered rather than open and spacious I remember before. That said, it was a better alternative than having empty shelves. I love Hy-vee and the fresh food options. Prices seem higher than necessary, certainly higher than other places such as Aldi, but the selection options are superb. It's a good one-stop-shop. Tip: Hy-vee has a great gas rewards program. Certain marked items will take in a 10¢ discount per gallon of gas. Grab a few of those items to help keep your costs down at the pumps. All in all, a good shopping experience.

This is a decent store. If you’re looking for fresh bakery items like Hawaiian buns, I’d avoid this particular location.
