I think it's quality service but I do not like the tone Steve uses: I use to think this place was the whole package which would be honest, affordable, quality work AND genuine and friendly respectful service. Genuine, friendly and respectful are lacking from Steve: he seems uptight condescending and his friendliness is fake. He yelled at me like I was an 8th grader to turn down my phone. Geez: give me a break: I'm working hard to make a living too!!!

My experience with honest one Auto Care was terrific. They noticed some things that I need to do on my vehicle which was very understandable. My oil change that I originally went in there for the turnaround time was unbelievable 30 minutes if that. Thank you for your professionalism!

Honest-1 auto care did a great job helping me replace my worn tires. They went out of their way to find me a set of tires that included a rebate! The job was done quickly, which is key for my household because we rely on that car.

I trust them with my vehicle and I trust them to be straight with me about what needs to be done vs what can be done. They work with the customer and are great about realistic timeliness and updates. I have been bringing my vehicle to them for years and do not see it changing.

These guys are a lifesaver. I dropped my phone in a very tight spot. I could see it but not reach it. Within a few minutes they were able to get it out for me. I can’t thank them enough for the help. 100/5 stars!!!!!!!!!!
