They have deleted a prescription that they received from my doctor that I didn’t need right away. They say they’ll refill my prescription and then place it on “hold” without contacting me. When I try to contact them to figure out what’s going on their IVR system wants to tell you if you have a refill in progress and if you don’t want to hear about it the IVR tells you to hang up, but when I persisted through that you can’t get ahold of anyone. You can leave a message where it will be at least an hour according to their message but with no upper limit and considering their track record of actually following up on issues doesn’t bode well. So I had to actually go in person only to find out their system had a bug and they just needed to push a button.
I stoped coming here after they deleted my first prescription which I needed for a trip I was taking so I had to go back to the dr for a “refill” of what was supposed to be emergency diarrhea medicine. I figured it had been long enough to try again only to again be confronted with incompetence. Considering I have two days left of my meds this isn’t great and I’m not risking it again.
You shouldn’t either. There’s a Walgreens right across the street and Cub foods has a good pharmacy about a mile away. You have other options, don’t go here and find out how bad they can be when you need them to be reliable.

The pharmacy staff seemed really high or very dim witted. Wrong # of pills in prescription and they couldn't make change because they couldn't count.
How many prescription deaths have come out of this pharmacy?

I've been on hold for the pharmacy for 15 minutes to ask a question. No zero option to get to a live person. I don't know what's reasonable but to me 15 minutes is not....

Run don't walk this store from the most incompetent pharmacist Hamze and the tech who rolled her eyes because we had 6 rx to fill she ran off crying she shouldn't even be working around customers they didn't even fill the medicine after was told it would be ready by 1pm then they want us to wait 2 more hours. Hope all three working get fired because they don't know how to treat customers or do there job. Awful customer service I will be writing a complaint to the board of pharmacy

Pharmacist refused to refill prescription when I still had 2 refills remaining. Claims to have requested info from my doctor but my doctor said she never received anything from the pharmacy. Had other prescriptions delayed without explanation or estimate for when they would be filled.

Nothing changes here, rude staff who ruin the experience each time. Very slow service, they do not care about customers.

These employees are very hard working , they trying to help everyone. My dad ran out of his medications, I call mayo clinic pharmacy in Rochester and I was told the pharmacist has to call them in order to change the pick up location. I went to the cvs on bass lake road in New hope the guy I met was very helpful and very professional. He told me they can do it but it may take a couple of hours and not guaranteed that it's going to be ready today, he asked me to go to another cvs locations with more staffs. I went to this location and met an amazing lady by the name Kate. After explaining it to her she call mayo pharmacy at spot and asked me to wait while they process my dad medication. Thanks to you all for helping our community. May God all mighty bless you all ameen.

If I could give negative stars I would. This pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. All I needed was 3 creams of which I had gotten from Walgreens with zero hassle. For some reason this cvs was unable to give them to me because they don't do compounds. No one asked them to combined the creams but apparently they couldn't sell to me without combining them. They are sold in 3 separate tubes I can't believe this was an issue. At walgreens they sold me all 3 tubes intake so I could combine them myself. Anyway, I'm taking my family and going to a different pharmacy now. If this was the first problem I had with this place maybe it'd keep going but this is not the first time by far that this pharmacy has inconvenienced me.

Everyone in the pharmacy was professional, pleasant and helpful. Before I received my flu and covid vaccines, the pharmacist asked if I had any questions. He was done quickly and I barely felt the shots. The cashier at the front of the store was also pleasant and offered to teach a senior lady how to use her phone to add her CVS coupons to her account for automatic access at checkout.

The store manager was a very friendly gentleman who was willing to look all over the store to help us find an item we were looking for! Our cashier-Lizbeth, was very friendly, helpful, and patient, ringing up our order. Nice clean store, very friendly and helpful staff, of course we'll be back!

Disappointed again!Tried to schedule an appointment for a COVID booster vaccine. Website kicked me out 3 times. Called to schedule it. The answer was that the only way they will see me if I schedule it online. They asked the pharmacist and he said NO. Explained again that obviously something wrong with the website and please put me on the schedule. The answer was again NO.This is the “patient care” we get from CVS. What would an elderly do if they don’t even have a computer? Let them catch COVID, right?I am very angry that they can do this to all of us!!!
