Non stop spam calls to get me to sign up for some random service. And I only found out because I called them back because no message was left. Then when you call it’s a labyrinth to try and get through to a human because it only wants you to talk to the IVR and tells you to hang up. Absolutely horrible.

I ordered pictures at this location and there were finger print smudges all over them as if the person handling them had finished eating or something. Very disappointed in the fact that these were sold to me in the first place. Refund requested due to this being a $40 order.

The automatic phone program for ordering prescriptions sucks. Endless repeating of information only to be led down a rabbit hole. Then the cycle starts again. Repeat information again. Go down rabbit hole. Repeat information...

This CVS pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. My prescription has been in process for several days. I have made multiple attempts to call the pharmacy and have been on hold for an hour and a half and then get disconnected. It has been negative degrees in Minnesota and I have not wanted to go to the store and take my toddler out due to the weather. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible.

I went in the store today looking for some sunscreen. I must have looked for over five minutes until I finally found it. The two young girls working there were too busy talking to help out. When I went up to the counter they just stood there looking at me. I asked if someone could check me out. One of the employees rudely said, “There’s a self checkout over there,” and made a vague attempt to point in the right direction. Customer service is seriously lacking here. Why do they both need to be there if they aren’t even helping customers and there is no choice but self checkout? Will never go here again. Horrible.

Good thing an appointment was required so I could wait an HOUR for a vaccine. Oh and NO ONE was before me. I’ve never been to a CVS in any location where I was treated any better, ever.

I booked my parents flu shot appointments three days prior to it. My parents showed up and they said they do not have them on schedule. I called and said that I have the email confirmation and confirmation code and the lady said that is something she can't help me with and that they are booked so that I need to reschedule their appointments again.

I booked a COVID booster shot here. Could not find anyone to talk to and when I finally do I'm told they don't take BCBS. I gave them my insurance when I scheduled the appointment. What a massive waste of time.

Worst customer service EVER!!I walked in at 4pm on a Tuesday and asked where the bathroom was,because there are no signs indicating a bathroom. These 2 were talking when I walked in, and the woman just pointed and said "its back there." and then continued with the conversation she was having with the other worker. I went to the back of the store and found no signs pointing me to a bathroom, so I went back and said I couldn't find it. Once again she points to the back and says "its that door way right there. Just follow the black carpet." I found that very rude, and when I did find the bathroom, it was tucked in a small hall that looks like customers aren't allowed in. When I got to the counter with my 2 items, they were still talking but away from the counter. I waited patiently, before she noticed me and said "you can just use the self check out." And continued wiry her conversation a 3rd time. Absolutely the worst customer service I think I've ever received in my life.
