I wish I could leave zero stars. I had an issue transferring my phone over to another carrier and was told by Boost customer service I would have to visit a store. When I went in the person working there was reluctant to help me, but finally called customer service. as I was giving my information to the customer service agent the worker was talking on a second phone.The customer service agent asked for the store number and he provided it but it did not match what he had. So the worker started getting mad and raised his voice to the agent, to the point of almost yelling, and told him "I have other things to do" (no one else was in the store), and the worker finally hung up on the agent, and said he couldn't do anything for me. The rudest person I have encountered in a long time. Glad I left Boost. I visited on 6/11/23

Thank you, Ezel! My héroe! Today I came into the store with a SIM card and phone problem and he helped me get it fixed so quickly! He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great store! I picked up new phone case as well!! Thank you, Boost! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never recommend to anyone. Sales person not trustworthy. Took my phone for unlocking, guy charged me $70 . Phone wasn't unlocked!! I have been to store for refund, guy fooling around. Refused to refund my money. So fake.

By fair my favorite location, they’re great with helping there clients and always solving my problems other stores do not care about clients like this location. There staff is very patient and reliable.

The owner is a shyster he told me my phone was broke and that I needed a new phone and he sold me a new phone for $200 and never gave me a receipt and then the next day my phone did not work I tried to get a refund and he never gave me a refund he kept dodging me and telling me to come another time but my phone did not work and he is very sneaky I had to switch back to my old phone because it was working the whole time do not shop here this man is not trustworthy and he is very sneaky and Slick he took the phone from me and he still never gave me my refund

Never go this boost store!! Be aware sales person in this store is a cheater and rude and disrespectful !!Before switching the network to Boost network he said only 1st month prepaid plan charge and SIM card charge + tax. After switching the network to boost mobile he added $20 to the total which he didn’t mention before.Upon asking why he lied it’s the tax.Before this he made me to wait more than 15 minutes saying it’s taking time to switch the network but it wasn’t true. He has been cooking all this cheating trap.I argued and asked to show me his screen then the truth came out !! He has actually added the device setup fees which is not at all necessary because there is no device setup required for replacing a SIM card. He was not ready to take it off and told he cannot take it off. He finally took only $10 off. All the time he was very rude and disrespectful.When I said I don’t want to pay $10 more than what was mentioned to me before agreeing to switch the network. He wasn’t ready to call his manager or Boost customer care.Every statement he talk is a lie and keeps changing to something else as he wishes.For $10 he was ready to screw up my connection. I ended up paying $10 more which is additional to my actual contact just to avoid further complications in switching the network.The Worst ever experience !!Looks like he has been cheating to customers.Never go to this store !!
