Was looking for a spark plug and lady was very rude. She looked in computer. said we don’t carry it. Then proceeded to show me as if i didn’t believe her. Ok, it happens as they are not expected to have everything. She seemed annoyed helping me as i walked up to her. Then didn't bother to even try and suggest where else i could find one and basically walked away told the next customer she could help them down at the other counter. Was not rude or anything towards her.

Older employee with meth mouth is no help at all when customers ask for help finding a part. Other employees swear in front of customers. Will not be back.

I have been to this store few times and ever encounter with their representatives has been horrible. Starting with the store manager, don’t recall her name. Everyone seems to have an attitude and very poor customer service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today with Darro. I called because my car wouldn't start this morning and he said stop on over! He would be here. Then he helped me diagnose it and it was bad and dead. He quickly got me a battery with a warranty and we picked out some jumper cables for the future. I really appreciated his willingness to help and take care of everything. He replaced it and then a bolt broke off because either was rusty from my car wear and tear. The team came out to help and look at it and figureout a solution. They all pitched in!! It was very nice. What a great team!! Thanks Darro and everyone who helped!! You fixed my morning!

I came to this location to look for some Batteries for my Truck. I spent 20 min waiting in line to get some help. I don't remember the cashiers name but he was an old guy spent most of his time talking to his favorite customers laughing. By the time he was done helping the last costumers he asked me What Do I Want! I left the store and won't be buying anything from AutoZone if that how they want to treat the Costumers. Overpriced Batteries, I went and got my new Batteries at Walmart same specs same design for half the price. Rude and Disrespectful and a Waste of Time.

Rude, LOUD and obnoxious cashier. Spoke loud on his phone speakerphone yelling at someone. Then accused us of leaving used coolant in he store, even after we said we didn't. (he said "are you sure!?" like 4 times ?) Cashier made us extremely uncomfortable. We will not be returning to this location.

I’m here in Minnesota from out of town. About seven hours away and my battery died on me. It was enough juice in it to get me to Auto Zone on 36th Ave & Winnetka where I met the most humble & persistent employee Troy H!!!! My battery was horrible and soooo corroded!! This man worked and worked until he got that battery out which was difficult from my point of view. He didn’t complain not one time and just did it with GRACE!!! Auto Zone, you all have a jewel of an employee and he deserves something for his humble attitude!! He represented you all so well!! Thanks Troy & Auto Zone!!! ??????

Bought some rotors for my car online and they shipped me the wrong ones. Went in store to exchange them but the lady there was so rude. She was very disrespectful and rude to me through out the whole time. She must been having a bad life or something. Will not supporting this place again.
