I love this thrift shop, it’s one of the only in MN with dressing rooms, but how are they pricing their products? These are identical dresses same size both with original tags priced $4 different. Selling anything at a thrift shop over $10 is also just ridiculous.

HORRIBLE customer experience today. I went into Arc’s Value to find clothes for my great-grandmother’s funeral. My experience was great until it came time for checkout. According to the receipt, Cindy was our cashier on 5/13/2024 at 4:13pm. Cindy didn’t greet me and my party, she didn’t even motion us to move forward in the line to checkout with her. Cindy then proceeded to ask us to “hold the tag out” for each item when I had already laid the items out on the counter for her. I was confused because I swear I wasn’t the one clocked into a shift, right? Cindy then proceeded to tell me to remove the hangers from my own clothing and told me, “The hangers go in that bucket by the window.” Again, I don’t recall clicking into a shift at Arc’s Value Village today. I’ve never been instructed to do these tasks with other cashiers at this location before. I would be TOTALLY understanding had Cindy provided great customer service from the get-go, but she didn’t. After leaving the checkout, Cindy didn’t even greet us on our way out. This was a joke of a customer service experience. I would’ve much preferred a self checkout lane since Cindy made us do 50% of her job as a cashier.
OH, and I didn’t receive the 50% discount for red tags as advertised in store. Thanks Cindy for doing your job with the utmost integrity!

I used to love this place. I was there the other day and I did find a longer black blazer I had been looking for ; nevertheless I was very disappointed in the prices of everything else, meaning clothes.Way over priced, I could find nothing under 10 bucks, and no “on sale color in site”!You can find brand new things at MarshallsLess than 10 dollars. I understand it is “ for profit”, but do they forget who their customers are??? I believe they need to be less greedy and lower the prices so more customers will buy, or include more sales.Maybe it was just an” off day”, because this has always been my favorite place to shop for less expensive clothes.

Good prices, good finds, occasional rare items. Always a good selection of clothes. Don't miss half off on a particular color, where I cannot pass up picking up a book or two each time shopping.

Brought one bag of items to donate. No signs on front door about where to drop off. Asked staff and a rude woman told me the drop off is in back of the building but she'd take the bag from me "just this once". Gee sorry for donating, will not be back.

My favorite thrift store. I stop by twice or more a week as I live very close. Prices are some of the best compared to other thrift stores and staff has always been very nice.

This thift store is constantly changing the tags on items constantly to make more money prices on the clothing are all over 10.00 went today to see if one item would be cheaper from last week to my surprise it had a red tags last week was green plus amount was triple items donated YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR PRICES BACK DOWN don't you think taking advantage of the poor people

I love this thrift store. The staff are super nice and helpful. Have a good selection of inventory. I’ve been buying glass plates for my plant drain trays and they are reasonably priced and have a good variety or sizes. Surprisingly a good but small selection of cd’s for my car.

Great thrift store! Prices are pretty reasonable and you can find some great deals. They have a ton of clothes and I'm definitely able to find quality stuff. They also still have fitting rooms which seems like it's pretty rare for thrift stores these days --- I certainly appreciate having a space to try on pants! I definitely recommend checking this place out ?
