I put a $ 1,000 deposit on a boat at the 2024 Minneapolis boat show with Adam Fletcher on Jan. 20th 2024 and I was told I would get my deposit back if I did no go threw with the purchase. The reason I asked him was because I was warned by another buyer out at the show not to buy from them because he fiberglass problems with his 2023 Malibu and they were less then helpful during that warranty defect. For the first couple weeks things were going smooth on my transaction (keep in mind this is a lot of money to me but it was one of there low end boats so they were less interested) but as the weeks turned into months I was trying to get the deal finalized with Sara Walsh. I sent several emails and phone calls ( I am phone call guy) to Sara with no response. During all of this time they had my trade in at there dealership along with a 25k down payment. So I reached back out to Adam and he said just go on there website and do it yourself so I had reached my point of not needing a boat that bad any more trying to deal with these rich arrogant people. Finalizer I tried to take my trade in boat out for a cruise today 7/10/24 and they took the key out of the boat.

Worked with Justin on a sizable issue that was under warranty. Team was able to talk with Malibu, have the parts express shipped. Parts were installed, and the service team also followed up with a few post repair issues. Can't thank them enough.

I have been servicing my boat here for the past 10 years. In the beginning they were always great to work with. Vince communicated with me on the progress of boat at all times. The past few years have been a different story. It has gotten so bad that it might keep us away from upgrading to a new Malibu in the future. This hasn't been just 1 isolated incident but every time.
