“After my experience this week with Complete Auto Service, I don't see the need for less than 5 stars. Complete Auto was a "HIT" with me. A group of Honest individuals, with Integrity while working as a Team. I attempt to pride myself on service and was simply impressed by the communication initially provided by Jerod and all follow up ensuring I knew the needs of my old truck and how much the repair would be. I couldn't afford all the fixes - times are a bit tight right now BUT I know where I will be going when I am ready. For those that have the need to read reviews as I, be sure to read the negatives for personally, they should not exist. Complete Auto is operated with a prideful bunch and I love that they review and address those that may leave less than ideal reviews. That alone gave me the confidence to check them out. “I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“Had a great experience here. Found this place through searching the Costco auto save program. I also needed a new local auto shop anyway since my move to St. Paul a couple of years ago. Convenient location close to the highway. When dropping my car off, I was alone (planned an Uber), but Rick asked if I lived nearby and needed a ride home. This was above and beyond service for me, of course. Very kind gentlemen. Couldn't get my sporadic car issue addressed since my car wasn't acting up at the time, and I appreciate their honesty to not waste time or money on it! “My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! A true professional on several levels!”

“Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. No pressure from them to buy new tires now.Victory is such a pleasant experience. The respect between employees and customer is top notch! Thank you!”

“Referred to fridley auto body by an insurance company. There was damage to my rear quarter panel and bumper after my civic was parked and struck by another vehicle. The shop got me in for an inspection and repairs immediately which was awesome. They quoted a week for service and they delivered, also helped get me booked for a rental which was very helpful. “Honestly the best service I’ve ever had from a tow service. They were polite and professional on each call. And speaking of calls, they handled everything over the phone so I didn’t need to wait with my vehicle. I drive an EV so I needed a flat bed truck which they proactively offered. The driver who called me to remote start my car was super friendly and I saw through the security camera he was extremely careful even when I wasn’t present. I won’t hesitate to use these guys again because they made a stressful situation as stress-free as they could.”
