They charged me incorrectly, twice, admitted to it, and then refused to fix it. They had a person, stranger, come to the back of my house and leave a note on my garage door handle instead of mailing me it. They make it difficult to make payments and average hold time is 45 minutes or longer.

I've had a dozen mortgages over the years and I've never had as difficult a time as with servion. Really poor approval process. Thought they were going to turn me down ,so had the cash ready if I needed it, just needed to take from a retirement account. They don't understand retirees and were concerned my income was too low. I have plenty of resources but they didn't know to account for retirement accounts. I currently have a payment due in 3 days and they have yet to send me a statement. Terrible company, lousy customer service.

--Key Topics and Lessons Learned--Term: unapplied funds*Definition: Servion's payment system will not always apply your payment to your balance, instead it is placed in a temporary account and will post the payment later (but not always). This has occurred several times.Reason: Several reasons this can occur, either the customer has not paid the full balance or their is a credit on the account from overpayment. The website discusses this briefly but only when someone does not pay in full. In each of my cases, I pay a random fee, the fee gets waived then the payment doesn't know how to apply itself.Summary: Terrible billing platform that cannot handle common mortgage variables. I have been dealing with this for 4 years and am very unhappy. I will say the customer service is very friendly so be patient because they are trying to understand the issues also.

Due to misinformation received on two separate occasions, I made financial decisions that I would have never made if I had known the correct information. No one seems inclined to help find a solution or take responsibility for the consequences of their incompetence.

Just like every review posted in the last two months. Constant problems getting my mortgage payment made. They change their platform, they have an online portion that won't let payments work. They set you up on auto draft and then that doesn't work. They charge fees left and right. It really seems like it is set up to make sure people (who have the payment money) are unable to so they can get extra fees. I have no problems with any other payments or banks out there.

I would give Servion 0 stars if that was an option. My husband and I have both been trying to set up automatic payment since 8/30. We also made the payment for September. Servion has not taken out of our account yet and we’ve received a late payment notice! I have yet to get a response from email I sent weeks ago. My husband has called 19 times and no results. Step up Servion.

Things were good. Then they changed the platform for the webpage, ( in July 2023) and it is to the point the mortgage company is doing double pulls a month. July was a double pull. August was a late pull. Now September I had the normal pull on date scheduled, and now 18 days later in the month, there was another double pull. I’m disappointed that they do not test these systems for inaccuracies. All I’m going to say.

Received a sketchy scammer like email from you with how excited you were to be going to a new platform-asking clients to sign in to this new "seemingly overnight" platform change with all of their personal information including social security numbers.Have you kept up to date on how scammers work> ?Being your phone "system" doesn't seem to be consumer/client friendly either_Why the hurry- has our information already been compromised?Was it too much to send out direct mail pieces to make your clients feel safe and secure with your company handling all of their personal and financial information?

This company is a scam that sets you up to foreclose or go late and not even realize until its many months behind.I have called(on a recorded line) 7+ times from April 2023 until now August 2023 about making the mortgage payment and setting up auto pay.In June, I emailed back the ACH form to AISATA KROMAH, and followed up via email twice to confirm that auto pay was set. She never responded to confirm, so I assumed it was set. August 17 I checked my bank statements and see no mortgage taken out.When calling, no auto pay was ever set and it is 2 months behind.I have gotten inaccurate information so many times. This behavior is so atypical from any other loan servicer that it is clear they want you to default so they can charge excess fees.I have been patient and professional to work to solve the problem. However, it is clear that I am not the problem. I have zero late payments on any other bill for 6+ years.

No customer service, I have emailed them, waiting on hold with newer an answer and filled out their online for and no one will call be back but I have a mortgage with them for over 10 years.

I've had my mortgage with them for 15 years. Everything was fine until last November. I changed my homeowners policy to a different company, and every other month since then I receive a letter stating that I have no insurance and that they: fist wanted to me to prove that the house was insured. ( which I've done in person and by mail several times) Next they wanted me to buy their policy. And now after 8 months of this... They are threatening to put a lien on my house. Even though it has been fully insured the entire time. The question is do I trust them to fix this after eight months of failures, or do I go to the Attorney General's office. I can't afford to have a lien on my house for their mistakes.

Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Don't mail anything out on time and never claims they received anything I send to them until they decide to send me back a legitimate check I sent them only for them to put me on a 12 month hold from using personal checks or my bank account to pay because they refused my last check.I would definitely find someone else to go through instead of these people.
