Very rude and disrespectful and dishonest towards customers and the work they do especially when it comes to asking questions about how much they charge for each repair that your vehicle needs by them all giving different prices.

Still waiting on part for almost a month. Now told it will be almost another month for calipers. Calipers. Factory recall. Just put some calipers on instead of holding my car hostage.

Worst service experience of all time. Scheduled "The Works" to be done to my truck. I received confirmation on pricing and that the dealership provides "The Works" package when scheduling the appointment and it was even listed in the service description on my appt. Once they received the truck they wanted to do the 60,000 mile check up which would have costed $1300. I declined and they said they do not offer the Works package and wanted to only do an oil change/tire rotation for $130. I took my truck back without any work done and will be going to Midway Ford in Roseville who offer the Works for $69.99. Avoid this dealership at all costs - terrible customer service.

I took my car in today for routine service and Evie helped me at the desk and Billy checked out my car. They showed me important things on my car. Both were very helpful and helped me save some money.

Had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would be done within 1 hour. Hour and 15 minutes later they hadn't even started it. If they'd have told me they were running behind when I got there I'd have just rescheduled.

I bought my vehicle here and the dealership side of things were 10/10, I had no problems, everyone was nice and responsive. When I came in for my 5K oil change to the quicklane, it was like day and night. I sat for 1 hour since arriving and handing over my keys until someone asked why I was here. Over 2 hours later I left with my oil changed. The service lady tried her best to make it right with a free detailing but when you value time like I do there isn't much more you can do. Beware, they have a lot to work on but I'm hopeful it turns around because I really did like the dealership.Update: The free detailing was a originally a GOLD package, was conveniently whited out and over written with BROZEN package. I called before I came in to assure that everything would go without problems. The gentleman told me 45 minutes to an hour. I am sitting here an hour and fifteen minutes later and was just updated that it would be another 30 minutes- "the technician is really making it nice, he's on the carpets right now" well I have vinyl floors and the BROZEN detail package doesn't include the floors.. I AM DONE with this place all together.

I'm not a review guy but just wanna warn folks about new Brighton ford, it's horrible. The management in the quick lane is utterly incompetent. I bought a 2021 Gt 500 for over sticker and the next summer which is now I wanted a oil change? Simple enough I thought, but oh no!!! Well after condescending and rude service it turned out ford new Brighton don't have a oil filter for the car, fair enough. Then I drove the car home and garaged it only to find the oil filler cap was taken off and not put back on, luckily I checked the motor because of past incompetence I've experienced with this dealer. Stay away from this dealership. It's really bad and all the fools there still have a job, it's a utter joke.

I bought both of my vehicles here so the sales department is really great to work with! The service quick lube oil change is an absolute joke! Each time I have brought my vehicles to them there is some issue, either they dont see the appointment scheduled, or they need to order something or short on employees! I understand its Covid time and its hard to keep employees but that is no excuse for poor service and damage to my truck! went for an oil change well as usual they can not find the appointment! Then it takes over an hr to change oil! Then the broke off my Ford emblem and said its not their fault! Service person said oh well its not his fault its cold! The department manager offered to pay half and said I should appreciate that and then said offer off the table because he didnt like my attitude! I paid my bill and left! Saxton is a big company and makes money, because of customers and repeat customers! I WILL NOT BRING MY VEHICLES FOR SERVICE HERE AGAIN AND i WILL NOT PURCHASE HERE AGAIN!

I've had my converters stolen twice in the past two years. Last year was a little rough in the communication department but they got the job done and in a decent timeframe. This time around I worked with a service manager named Dan. This guy was phenomenal on communicating in the process and timeline of repair. He even gave me a call on a gap day just to let me know that he was waiting for an update on the part delivery. He took the secondary stress levels away that accompany being down a vehicle and not having a ton of knowledge in that arena. Well done, Dan. I appreciate the positive experience and thanks to the crew behind you for getting my truck back on the road and running good.

Where to start, this place is an absolute joke. I purchased my car from this dealership and that process was not bad however, everything since that time has been horrific. They offer a lifetime powertrain warranty but only if you get your car serviced through them. They claim to offer Fords a famous quick lane service. This is not true, they will turn you down at the drop of a hat. if you're not in by 7 AM. I brought my car in today at 7 AM was the fourth person in line to get lube and oil, and they tried to tell me that they were full for the day and come back another day. I can go to any for the Quick Lane even at 5 PM and get right in. However, I cannot do that with their power train warranty or it is voided. So I have to go here to New Brighton Ford. I also purchased an extended warranty through the dealership I asked the service department to look at an issue I was having with the car. They told me they cannot do that without charging me. I said I had purchased the extended warranty from this dealership. They told me that they have no record of that. They don't keep record of what the sales department sells. I had to go to my car dig it up and show that to them and then they complain just to look at the issue case in point do not buy a car from this place do not take sir your car for service for this place. The one comment stayed in the service is good must be one of their employees because it is crap!

I brought my car in for an appointment and the older man at the front seemed like I was ruining his day by letting him know that I wanted my oil changed and to add some additional repairs. For the additional repairs I needed to speak with Tim. I went down the hall and spoke with Tim and when I came back to the front the older gentleman was upset with Tim and made a scene. It's amazing this place gets business. It's been 3 days and no one has returned my calls on the status of my car. Stay away.
