“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”
“I feel really lucky to have met Rick. He is very kind, honest, and offered me a reasonable price. My car was making noise when accelerating, and I was quite worried about it. After the inspection, he fixed the noise in my car perfectly with just around a $5 hose clamp and said everything eles was fine. His general inspection clearly did something for my car, and both the brake and noise issues were resolved. I'm glad to find shop I can trust, and I will recommend R&S to my neighbors and friends.”

“These guys are the classic trustworthy neighborhood car mechanics! I’ve been going for years with great service but recently I had an issue that really showed me these guys are the real deal.
My AC drain has been clogged and it’s been dripping water into my front passenger seat floor. They cleaned it out a few weeks ago, and after the same issue came up again, i took it back in and they cleaned it up again with no charge because they “don’t double dip”. Thanks Amigo! I’ll be back everytime”

I brought my car in a few times this summer; once for a nail embedded in my tire, which was quickly resolved by the team for a very reasonable price and the other when my service engine light came on a day before a road trip. The team at Amigo fit me in an hour and a half before closing and were able to fix all of the issues. The team is friendly, communicative and does quality work. We're so lucky to have found them in the neighborhood!”
“I was driving my motorcycle home from my winter storage and I got a flat tire. While waiting to be picked up, I walked around to see if I could find some sort of air option at one of the neighboring businesses. I was walking by Tom's business and startled him working after hours on his own vehicle. I told him what was happening and he said he would connect the hose to his building to help me out. I pushed the motorcycle his property and tried to fill up my tire. It was not working and he came out to check up on us. I have broken the bean (seal) and Tom grabbed some tools and started to try to help us selflessly. There were 3 different ways he attempted to fix the tire and the last one was a blast of compressed air that pushed the tire back into place. He told us about the charity work he does and his other hobbies (cars and motorcycles). He fixed it, check both the tires, and sent me on my way. I offered to pay him and I was so happy for the help, and he declined. WHAT A NICE GUY!! I do not live in the area, but I think I found my new mechanic. Thank you Tom!! After assessing the age of my vehicle, Marc actually steered me towards the dealership to see if parts could be replaced under warranty. The price was pretty much in line with prices elsewhere—and I got a helpful discount from a coupon that they had. They were kind, friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend!”
