I am Super Impressed with the New Brighton Ford Service Dept. JACK HACKMAN (Service Advisor) was Very good about keeping me informed about the progress of the Repairs on my 2024 Ford Expedition. RYAN DYE (Service Tech. Mechanic) did an incredible Job of Diagnosing and Fixing the Problems with the Entire Climate Control Problems with our 2024 Ford Expedition. MARIE C. In Scheduling was great about getting our Vehicle in for Repairs. And the Shuttle Driver ( I forgot his Name accidentally) he was a Super Nice Guy, great Driver,etc.
I will Definitely Buy my next Vehicle from New Brighton Ford, due to the Expert Service Dept. They All were Very Nice People and Awesome Mechanic Tech.
I will be Telling Everyone about the Great Service.

Orlando & everyone @ dealership were very responsive, nice & accommodating. Took great care of my situation & did everything they could to get the engine replaced at N/C. New Brighton Ford dealership was great!!! Highly recommend them.
Ford Corporation, Corporate offices however, were useless and took no ownership to the failed- defective engine In my 2017 Ford Edge which I had just purchased less than 3 months prior to the engine failure. Had to pull $9k from my retirement account to pay for this.
Warranty I bought also refused as they said they don't cover defective parts.. So, I was stuck between a rock & a hard place to pay the bill.
Again, high praises to Orlando & crew at New Brighton Ford. Great staff!

Nicest people ever they were able to get my car fixed same day dropped me off at my office and came back and picked me up. This will be my only Ford dealership moving forward. Night and day difference from the Horrible Ford dealership in Roseville. I love you New Brighton Ford!!

Loved my experience here! Jerry helped get me a car immediately following my bankruptcy. Excellent pricing, easy process, and he helped explain everything to me perfectly. This is the first car I've ever been able to buy on my own, without the help of family or friends ~ so, a very important time in my life. On August 12 I purchased a 2022 Ford F-150. This has been the 3rd purchase that I have made since 2018 and Jerry Carroll has worked with me on every one. I can not say enough good about Jerry. He has always bent over backwards to make sure that I always was able to get financing, I got the best deal possible and most of all made my purchases affordable to fit my budget. Also if I may add, Jason and Sterling, (2 of the sales floor people) were very helpful on getting me orientated and familiarizing on all the new options and controls on the truck. I just want to give a big thank you to all of them, (especially Jerry) for all the help. I closing I would like to say that if anyone that needs a good clean and decent auto or truck and has had a problem getting financing, go see and talk to Jerry Carroll, that guy can do wonders.

Tell your shuttle car driver to slow the he’ll down and stop driving like a maniac on hwy 100. Almost caused 2 pile ups.

My tire popped on my way out of town. I called three other places before I called Ford and every other place couldn’t get me in until Monday, which wouldn’t work as I was on my way out of town and I had a hole in my tire. When I called Ford the woman who answered the phone was fantastic. She was able to get me an appointment right away and assured me they would have me back on the road in no time. An hour later, I was back on the road. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks again!
