Before being transferred to her, I was pretty frustrated with the experience of trying to get a replacement CPAP machine — and at the rate things were progressing, I was concerned that I wouldn’t get it done before year-end.Gina corrected misstatements that others had made on the phone; she figured out what Adapt Health still needed in order to get me a device; she responded to me as soon as she received my additional paperwork — and before I knew it, she had me set up for an appointment tomorrow afternoon.Gina had answers, solutions, and great customer service.”

The customer representative, Ty, who worked with me to rent a hospital bed for knee surgery recovery at home, was fantastic: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and unfailingly responded to each and every query I sent her way. The home delivery technician, Scott, was also impressive as heck: arrived on time, assembled the bed, answered all questions posed professionally and with attention to detail. BRAVO to this company. I vetted about 4 durable medical equipment companies and Advance Medical Equipment was hands-down the winner: light years ahead of the competition on all counts!!!”
“This a great store with beautiful gifts! Only one negative is that I gave an employee my name and number to call me of they could order XXXL compression stockings and she said she'd check and call me. In the meantime, I bought three pairs of XXL thinking they might fit. I tried on a pair at home and they were too small. The employee never called and it's now too late to return-around $90 lost. I still have two pairs unopened and in the bag.”

“Lincare has been brilliant in supplying oxygen condenser; large tanks; smaller tanks used with a case and more recently replacing the above with a POC (portable oxygen unit). Working with Carson Madsen was easy. He went out of his way to personally deliver the device. This made the trip to the Mayo Clinic easy having the POC. I cannot thank him enough, I give him 10 stars!So appreciate the great customer service during a very stressful time.There are a lot of poor reviews below but give them a chance to earn your trust. Lincare has made some changes to their service practices recently. They recognize the reviews and are actively involved in providing quality service. “At every step of the process (and believe me, with Medicare and Medicaid, there are a lot of steps involved...), the team at Handi Medical supply was able to help me coordinate between my medical team and my wound care order after a spinal fusion, the faxes and information that needed to be sent from my medical team and forms that needed to be filled out, even when my medical team didn't have the information necessary to appease the insurance requirements.In addition, I have to give a shout out to Amanda, as well as my many thanks, for her help during many long phone calls attempting to figure out which parts of my medical information had been sent, which parts were still needed, and which parts I could manage to pull from my records or have the staff of my group home assist me with. In complete seriousness, I ended up being 9 days post-op before my wound care supplies were received, only because of my insurance requirements, but I can guarantee it would have been so much longer if not for the help of Amanda, as well as others in the wound care department, such as Kelly and Maria.I would absolutely recommend Handi Medical to anyone needing wound care supplies or any other type of medical equipment as the staff has proven to be exceptionally diligent, and wonderful communicators as well, keeping me updated on the details of my supplies whenever new information was available.”

Plus, they were nice to deal with. I appreciated that very much especially since that isn’t always the case these days everywhere. They have a nice showroom as well. I will be back again.”
