“So far this place is very nice.the staff was amazing and although the wait was extensive, the people made the switch to a new provider very smooth. The only downside is the bare bones waiting room with very uncomfortable chairs and the walk to the bathroom takes you to an abandoned part of the building that I believe is under construction.The receptionist is warm and kind and friendly. The support medical staff is very professional and the PA that assisted me was very thorough and attentive in every way. I felt like I mattered there and my pain was addressed appropriately. This was my first appointment (from start to finish 2 hours and 30 min)”

“I used the Pace lab to run a series of water tests for a client’s house back in 2021. The whole process was hassle-free, I was able to walk in and pick up a test kit with clear easy to follow instructions, and drop off the collected samples with no hurdles. Results were returned in a timely manner as well. I would use or recommend this service to clients if needed in the future.”

“Went for a Pre-employment drug screening for a new company.Had pleasant experience, staff were very nice.They were expecting me, had a short wait in large lobby w/ decent music, pleasant conversation w/ the tech lady & quick service.Also, they offer a few other services that was not expecting. Like TWIC, TSA, Ect. that I inquired about. Seemed to have pretty fair prices also.”

“I’ve gone to this clinic since I was little and have generally always have had a good experience. Sara always takes the time to listen, review my chart, history, etc. and makes sure I feel heard. She is incredibly knowledgeable and curious and I appreciate her. Bailey is also very thorough, and the nurses are generally friendly. Highly recommend this clinic. Wait times for appointments can be lengthy. I’ve used HPs Virtuwell app for same day rush visits and that’s also good.”

“I needed a food product tested for water activity to sell under Minnesota cottage law. Alison responded thoughtfully and promptly to my inquiry about how to collect and deliver a sample. I dropped samples off, amd the front staff was kind about checking over my paperwork and letting me know when I could expect results. When my first sample did not pass, they had good suggestions on modifications to make. Overall the process was easy and the tests reasonably priced, and I wish I had started getting my experimental bakes tested earlier. I will be back with carrot cake in the spring. :)”

“Entrance needs to be more visible. It is in the corner with trees blocking the visibility. It is the same building as 404, just left of the 404 entrance. The lobby is nice, clean, and looks new, and the receptionist has a nice attitude. Yes, this location is appointments only with no blood test. This could be the reason it is now better managed than the other location, plus there's currently a shortage of staff for testing, appointments are highly recommended. It was a painless trip, once you found the big red "402" on the corner entrance.”

“Came in for a walk in shortly after opening and I was the only one there. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. Was very relieved because there were no morning appts available for over a month and I had to drive 6 hours to get the test done. Trisha was very professional and easy going. One of the smoothest blood draws I've ever given.Only 4 stars because online there were no appointments available even though there clearly could have been. The actual location and staff were 5 star.”
