I chose to go here for a CPAP machine rather than some other places that were closer to me, based purely on the good reviews. I was NOT disappointed! Hassan was very polite, patient and knowledgeable about the equipment. From what I could tell, the prices were good and he didn't push me into any one product- in fact, I asked about an accessory and he explained why I might not need it to help save some money.I would happily recommend going here to anyone, as I am sure to be going back myself any time I need something they have!

11-7-2022 BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!This company is posing as a Durable Medical Equipment company to which they are not following any protocols.We want to warn others! Hassan had me come in by appointment only, the doors are otherwise locked.He guaranteed me that my insurance would pay for a new cpap machine. I have never had to deal with a DME on my own and I totally trusted him. My insurance does not recognize this company. Hassan willingly took the doctors prescription, which was why I thought it was legitimate to pay him out of pocket.No disclosures or any papers were ever asked to be signed which is protocol for a DME company.Hassan held me off for weeks. Only reason he called us back was that we put an honest review on Google, and he wanted it taken down.Hassan refuses to give us a refund.When he decides to give us the money back, upon our returning the machine we will stop the process. Other DMEs work with you all the way. They will refund you. This guy is a fraud.Our next step is to call the Attorney General, Keith Ellison, to report Hassan and his illegal practices.Judy BerwaldOakdale

Hassan is the epitome of customer service. I ordered a compact CPAP machine for my Dad over Labor Day weekend and needed to get it ASAP for my father's impending trip overseas. Hassan made sure the product was packaged as soon as their office was open. He also told his shipping department to package the mask with it even though I had ordered that separately and belatedly.I called MedGuru to every day for a week because the USPS tracking information read "awaiting package" for 3 days. He was patient and helpful each call. He confirmed that USPS had picked up the package and informed me that sometimes the tracking information did not update until the package was out for delivery. Even though the fate of the machine was in USPS' hands by then, I was comforted to know that MedGuru did everything in their power to get it to me as quickly as possible. He also explained their very fair return policy in the event that USPS delivered it after my father's trip (in which case we would no longer need the device).Two days before my Dad's departure, I got a notification from USPS that the package was out for delivery just as Hassan had predicted. To my surprise, Hassan called me a few moments later to tell me the good news, for he had been tracking it as well! Their team is efficient, thoughtful, and extremely kind. I will be a MedGuru customer for life. Thank you Hassan!!

I just got setup on a CPAP last week and had a very positive experience with Medguru. I went in not knowing what to expect and was helped all of the way through the process and am going great. The service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with Medguru Medical Supply when you have the need. You will be well taken care of with personal service.

I purchased a CPAP mask virtually. I started with a phone consultation with Hassan and completed the purchase on Medguru's website. The mask was personally delivered to my home later that day. Outstanding service and reasonable prices. It's nice to buy local when such a good CPAP supplier is available in the Twin Cities. I will use Medguru again for my CPAP needs.

This place is awesome, I am a truck driver and I was leaving on Sunday night, but I lost my mask, and no other place was open, but them 24 hours, with excellent customer service, see Omar he is amazing.
