“Family-owned and operated and going 70 years strong. There is a reason for that, because they treat their customers like family. It hurts me to know that they suffer from rampant theft and the drug-addicted take over of the area. Thanks to their crazy city council that doesn't protect the people, and leaves an entire police precinct abandoned. I love places like this. Keep up the great work, keep up the awareness. And hopefully locals will come around and vote sanity back into this neighborhood and great city.”

“Awesome, friendly people here. My husband rents tools here often for home projects. They have a free section outside their door, at least on 9/13/23, they did. And they have several things for sale in the entrance too! I told my husband to buy anything he wanted - he did! The only thing I would recommend, to be changed, is to make the signage - BIGGER -... The first picture (hopefully the way Google portrays them, it'll be my first picture,) shows how small the Tool Library sign is. That'd be my only suggestion! Great parking available, many entrances available too! Check their website for varying hours!”

“Superb Customer service!We got kind of lost of the entrance , trying to find out where the entrance is and there is a energetic man who really welcomes you, never met this really energetic and vibrant employee, he should be in entertainment or even in televisions! “Bryant Hardware is THE BEST! I can't say enough good things about them. Every hardware, installation, how-to question I've ever had, they've answered. Friendly, knowledgeable, practical, they stock literally everything I've ever needed in the way of hardware and so much more (Foley food mill, mason jars, potting soil, snow shovels, paint, weird little screws that with a single glance they know exactly what they are and where they're kept) - you name it, they have it and they will tell you how to use it. “A few days ago I received a call from a client whose bathroom Montaggio had supplied the plumbing fixtures for about 15 years ago. The toilet seat had cracked and they needed a replacement. They'd searched all the usual places but were not able to find the right color.Once they explained the problem I was able to go back to my original selections sheet, find the color, and contact Kristin with my request. As promised, she contacted my clients the next day and set up an order for the proper replacement.Kristin did a fantastic job with this. She made me look good and she made Montaggio look good. “I needed a fan for my bathroom. They showed one in stock, that I could pick up today when I checked online. Everywhere else showed pick up for a few days out. So I went here. When I got in the door there were a couple of employees around the counter doing various things that I really didn't pay attention to. One asked if I needed help. I asked my question and another responded with the exact location. As I was going there. I walked by a customer talking to another employee. I could hear their conversation quite well as I was looking at my options for the fans, he was going in depth on the product she was looking at. With very good information. This being the first time I have been to this store. Seeing that, and looking at what they had around. I was sad I've lived so close for so long and had not thought about coming here. I know it's not as big as Home Depot, or the likes. But I'm going to come here first for all my needs before going elsewhere! I've not had that kind of perfect amount of help, or feel of knowledge on products from any of the bigger stores.”

“I had such an amazing experience at this store!! I was buying latch straps ahead of a road trip to the North Shore and Andy took the time to demo the latch strap. Once I got home I still couldn’t figure it out so I ended up going back to the store to see if they could help. Another gentleman took the time to help me attach the latch straps to my carrier hitch IN THE POURING RAIN. Seriously so grateful for their help and customer service. Will definitely be back!!”
