Great experience! They were able to get my car in the next day. The diagnostic work up was reasonable and thorough and they were able to sort through the myriad of codes and get it fixed correctly the first time. My car runs better than ever. 100% will bring both cars here going forward.

Great costumer service and fast responses, the work was top notch and quick. Price was a little bit expensive but definitely less than the dealership

Decent experience. I bought my car there for an issue that I basically had already diagnosed and requested they remedy that issue. They did, but only after a full inspection that had nothing to do with the issue and recommended service based on CarFax report for a few thousand dollars plus diagnostics. I knew most of the issues were already resolved and declined service. The cost was reasonable so I won't complain too much, but would give 5 stars for a shop that is willing to do what the customer requests and use 'at your own risk'. I will use them again.

This was my first time coming to this place. The receptionist was very friendly and I felt that I was going to like this place a lot. My main concerns with this shop is that with their pricing, I expect Audi dealership service. I don’t believe I received that. I brought my car in because it was making some creaking sounds when driving. After them performing the diagnostic they told me it was going to be $5,000 for an entire new front suspension. My car only has 46,000 miles on it so that seemed exceptionally premature, however, I’m not a mechanic and want a safe vehicle so I had them perform the service. I had requested a loaner vehicle ahead of my appointment (I’ve lived here 7 days and didn’t want to be stranded) but was told nothing was available (it’s ok… I understand that happens). When I picked up my car I was expecting to have a conversation with the mechanic about what was done and maybe why these parts prematurely failed. No one besides the receptionist who took my payment said anything (like I said she’s very nice). For my own peace of mind, I went to Audi of Richfield to just price compare for future. They quoted me almost $600 less for the same service. If I would have taken to the dealer:
A. I would have had a loaner vehicle no questions asked.
B. They would have washed and detailed my car for me.
After departing the Audi dealership, I had to drive over some train tracks, and guess what, the sound I heard is back. I’m not saying my suspension didn’t need attention (I saw the photos they sent me, there is ZERO doubt in the work they performed), HOWEVER maybe they didn’t fully understand what it was that I was hearing. I’m sure they did a road test after completion but maybe it wasn’t exactly what I also was hearing. Anyways to wrap this up, I’m medium satisfied. I think moving forward I might find some place a little cheaper or if I want premium service, I’ll just take it to the dealer again.
PHOTO: just for reference, the is was how dirty my car came back to me… there is LITERALLY a car wash across the street. I think for future it’s something you could add to your service to make it feel more premium

We brought in our daughter’s 16 year old Mercedes to have the seat repaired. we dropped it off at 7:30 am on a Friday, never heard from them until 3:30 pm with a text outlining an inspection of the car that we did not request or want, but no word on the seat. We then called about the seat and was told that someone would “call him right back”. At 4:30 we still hadn’t heard anything about the seat, so we went and picked up the car and we’re finally told that the part was not available the same day, which is totally understandable. Since they close at 5:30 they were apparently just planning on keeping the car all weekend without consulting us. We were then charged a $200 “diagnostic fee” despite the fact that it appears that the seat was not touched. Just to add insult to injury we were then presented with a list of $4400 in repairs that they recommended. No chance we would ever return there for repairs. This all could have been avoided with a call earlier in the day letting us know when the part would be avaliable and we would have happily picked the car up and brought in back when the part was in.

Top place to go to if you own a german car.
I brought in my X5 for a water pump leak , Steve and his crew were very professional and honest i had bad experiences with other big corp shops and always had issues as soon as i drove off the parking lot but euro tech gave me trust and this is now my #1 place to go to they really know what they’re doing.
Even went as far as letting me use a courtesy car to get to work while my vehicle got fix with no charge at all this guys are the best!

Nice place. They can work on my foreign. I asked them to clear some codes but they did not. Bring it to the dealer I guess for a simple task.
Update. At Mtka bmw now, they cleared codes for free and were pleasant about it, unlike eurotech's rude reply.

EuroTech was new to me. I'm very picky about where I take my cars for service, which is usually the dealership because of the reputation and reliability, but sometimes they don't diagnose properly or want to charge a lot more.
The staff at front desk were nice and polite but not as friendly as other people stated in the reviews.
First, they verified all systems working, radio, lights, wipers, took pictures of every angle of the car, then I was asked if I was going to wait, or the estimated time my car's diagnosis was going to be completed. In the meantime, I decided to wait in the waiting room, pretty cool place to hang or if you work remotely, they have desks with privacy walls, WiFi, TV, coffee, snacks, etc.
Pretty nice experience if you ask me.
Now regarding my car, I was told upfront how much the diagnostics were going to be, and then called and email the estimate waiting for my approval before they started any repairs. I've never seen such a professional and detailed report of what's going on the automotive industry, perfectly broken down, pictures included, I love this! Same quality and confidence as aerospace industry.
I took my car in for a flapping noise at the front right side and oil leaks that lead to excessive consumption. 1 gallon in 1 month.
Not only they diagnose the problem but did a full inspection of the suspension which included springs, shocks and struts, bushings, ball joints, steering components.
They did a full oil leak inspection too in order to accurately address the problem and perfectly detailed the issue and wrote down all recommendations and reasoning behind them, which made me feel confident not only that they know what they're doing, they want their customers to be safe and come back.
They included a video with the technician that was assigned to my car, which I really appreciated it, to put a face on who's doing the work.
Finally they did a 22 point vehicle inspection which included, damages and scratches, road test for alignments, wipers/washers, heat system, malfunction indicator lights, horn, noises, vibrations, scheduled maintenance, under the hood for lightning system, belts/hoses, engine air filter, cabin air filter, washer fluid, batter, fluid levels, the undercarriage, brakes, steering, suspension, tire condition, tire pressure, drive line leaks, axle, drive shafts, exhaust, brake hoses.
The repairs they did come with a 36K mile warranty or 3 years, whichever comes first. I took my car in on a Wednesday and was told that it was going to be ready on Friday, maybe even Monday depending on lead time for replacement parts. They called me on Thursday afternoon with the news my car was ready for pick up.
I would definitely recommend this mechanic if you're worried about quality and price and you're driving a European car.

Eurotech Auto Serves is new to me and this is my first time. Well for me, I just trust them because they know what they are doing. Also, I like the coupon's that they offer to the costumers. It helps a lot.
