“I am Super Impressed with the New Brighton Ford Service Dept. JACK HACKMAN (Service Advisor) was Very good about keeping me informed about the progress of the Repairs on my 2024 Ford Expedition. RYAN DYE (Service Tech. Mechanic) did an incredible Job of Diagnosing and Fixing the Problems with the Entire Climate Control Problems with our 2024 Ford Expedition. MARIE C. In Scheduling was great about getting our Vehicle in for Repairs. And the Shuttle Driver ( I forgot his Name accidentally) he was a Super Nice Guy, great Driver,etc.
I will Definitely Buy my next Vehicle from New Brighton Ford, due to the Expert Service Dept. They All were Very Nice People and Awesome Mechanic Tech.
