They always return our phone calls, are always helpful, and everything works! I've only had one problem with online banking and when I called, I got a live person (no automated crap) who helped me step by step until we figured out the problem. I opened up accounts for my kids as well and the lady was so patient and friendly, it made their experience quite pleasant. Deposits are in there when they are supposed to be and electronic transactions come out promptly, which is awesome. I don't have any complaints, really. I have just consistently had good experiences with them that when a mistake happens, it doesn't bother me. :)”
