Our truck was towed because my wife went in ditch on 169, when we went to get it the owner and his son were very helpful and understanding and made the experience very easy and non stress full. I would suggest them to anyone and am very grateful for the way they handled the situation.

After a bad snow day my wife slid her van off the road and needed a tug so M&M was dispatched north of town and she was released. To my dismay I found out that only 3 miles further down the road and minutes later she slid off once again. The rig cam right back around and helped yet again. My wife asked if they were going to charge her again and asked if they would not. The driver said that they would not and he would attach this ticket to the first and that would be that. I then noticed several days later that she had been charged twice. Thinking it was an oversight I called and inquire. The angry man on the other end of the line was one of the most rude individuals I have come across in a long time. To make matters brief he was rude, not open to hearing me and as I was explaining that we would not dispute the charge and thanked him for his company in helping my wife he spit more verbal venom and hung up on me.

Called over the weekend to get my car towed. Said it could be done Monday. Monday morning I call to check on when it can be done, all is good, just a busy day (understandably, big storm). Thing is, I need it in a shop today at a reasonable time so I can figure out what the issue is, because my wife commutes to work and needs that car ASAP. Later after checking in again, I decide to call around to see if someone else can get it sooner, because it's almost 1:30 and they haven't left the shop yet. Accidentally dialed the same number. Mark got angry, said he's done, and hung up. I'm sorry I offended you by checking to see whether the job could get done sooner, Mark. I get that you're busy, and I understand how you could get the wrong impression from me trying to "shop around." Take a moment to consider that because you're busy, you would have one less job to try to squeeze into your hectic schedule. I appreciate your pride and your work ethic. However, I can't in good conscience recommend your services, as you have arbitrarily decided not to provide them to a customer who was merely searching for the most efficient solution to a problem that is currently preventing us from driving to work. So when I'm in a gas station parking lot in Nashwauk tomorrow fixing my car instead of working in Superior, I hope you get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you stuck it to me. Good job, Mark. ~Thomas Fitzgerald
