Unreliable. It's 2024 and I have to keep a generator and fuel ready to go for the random outages. Nevermind that it's -10 degrees outside.

I pay to 48 dollars just to have service with not any service usedThey say the are a people owned cooperative. Ha! They give you ten dollars back a year. What a joke!

If I could end my business with them I would. Unaccomadating and expensive, disappointing to see coming from such a vital service.
