“Nothing to share in particular as far as my customer service experience at this location. But so far the people are helpful and nice. I have my account with them since 2018. I don’t like Wells Fargo because they ripped me off with extra fees they charged and took some more money from my account. US bank is ok... tcf stayed away from them because of what many different people had said about that bank but so far I love this bank I don’t get fees because of direct deposit and overall i personally rather have this bank over any other bank.”

“The experience I had was horrible, but the clean up the US bank crew did really was impressive. Thank you to Alex in Ohio for being a total BOSS and not only taking care of my issue but for listening to me talk, understanding my side and making me feel better again! He was able to take care of my fees and more than that, solve other problems that I had decided were unsolvable. I haven't used my bank card in years and he helped explain how I could and not incur charges. Some outside the box thinking. And this wasn't even my issue. He just truly cared!
