I recently relocated from the northwest metro and all of my experiences have been very positive, from the regular store to the pharmacy, my mother's medications have been ready when they were supposed to be and I have found some great deals on household items & snacks.

I often have to go without several of my meds because they are always out of stock even when I order them a week ahead. Plus service is very slow

The convience store side of this place is totally fine, although the pharmacy is a bit unreliable. If you try to call the pharmacy at this place they don't answer, i've even witnessed it upfront where they just let the phone ring continuously while I waited in line. Maybe they are understaffed? I'm not sure but i've seen 4 people there at once. not trying to shame anyone but this is my experience with the pharmacy.

called rx in message said ready after 11 next dayday 1-5pm -sorry not ready will be ready in 1/2 hr 7pm oops still not readyday 2- 3pm sorry ran out of pills more will be in tomorrow's shipmentday 3-5pm we can give you 20 pills til tomorrow sorry ( rx is 180)day 4 - 4pm I'm picking up rest of pills needed for complete rx-sorry don't owe you yes you do -clerk walks away and helps inside people so after 20 minutes I left -day 5 -4pm I need my refills -ok that's $480- no insurance not ran correctlyclerk walks away again finally pharmacist comes here you are all fixed

There are some great people that work there and do an amazing job considering the situation they seem to be put in! That being said it is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I'm sure they are understaffed but it's honestly unacceptable.. In addition to being a chaotic mess, I have also encountered very unprofessional behavior. It was clear they were overwhelmed but again, still unacceptable.

Minus 5. Worst customer service from pharmacy ever!!! Non-existent. 2 hours on hold and they disconnected me 3 times!!!! Failed to put Rx's in FedEx for delivery. 2 weeks without meds due to the delays so far!!!

I’ve always loved the Walgreens pharmacy here. Until recently. The last few years the pharmacy has really gone downhill.My five year old and I waited almost 2 hours for prescriptions today.She was seen at the doctor at 10 AM we didn’t go to the pharmacy until 4 PMThis is the first time something like this has happened either
