The customer representative, Ty, who worked with me to rent a hospital bed for knee surgery recovery at home, was fantastic: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and unfailingly responded to each and every query I sent her way. “The best of the best! I've been going to Setzer for several years, as I'm lucky enough to be located nearby. The staff is always helpful and always friendly. They make my life so much easier! Their gift and card department is pretty awesome, too. I could spend hours in there. It would be a perfect place to go if you need a gift for someone and have absolutely no clue what to get them. Their sister store, Lloyd's, is located in St. Paul, and Lloyd's is a compounding pharmacy. You can even pick up your Lloyd's Rx at Setzer the following day if you don't feel like driving over to St. Paul. How convenient is that?You're probably going to pay less at Setzer than you would at one of the big annoying chain pharmacies, but even if it's the same, why would you go anywhere else? This place strives to earn your business, but more importantly, they work hard to keep their customers satisfied. I hope they never go away. Setzer is a breath of fresh air in a sea of giant corporate pharmacies.”

“My experience with V&P Medical has been amazing. Talking to and going to other medical supply stores, I was often met with people who acted like they did not want my business or that I was a nuisance. Unfriendly, sometimes unprofessional, and often seeming like they did not want to help. V&P is the complete opposite. I was able to explain what was going on and what I was looking for help with and they made really helpful recommendations. Super friendly, kind, professional people. “At every step of the process (and believe me, with Medicare and Medicaid, there are a lot of steps involved...), the team at Handi Medical supply was able to help me coordinate between my medical team and my wound care order after a spinal fusion, the faxes and information that needed to be sent from my medical team and forms that needed to be filled out, even when my medical team didn't have the information necessary to appease the insurance requirements.In addition, I have to give a shout out to Amanda, as well as my many thanks, for her help during many long phone calls attempting to figure out which parts of my medical information had been sent, which parts were still needed, and which parts I could manage to pull from my records or have the staff of my group home assist me with. In complete seriousness, I ended up being 9 days post-op before my wound care supplies were received, only because of my insurance requirements, but I can guarantee it would have been so much longer if not for the help of Amanda, as well as others in the wound care department, such as Kelly and Maria.I would absolutely recommend Handi Medical to anyone needing wound care supplies or any other type of medical equipment as the staff has proven to be exceptionally diligent, and wonderful communicators as well, keeping me updated on the details of my supplies whenever new information was available.”
