EDIT: Raising this to 4 stars after another manager contacted me and offered to fix the error. The nurses and floor staff are good here, just make sure to finish your promotional donations in plenty of time so you don't risk running into the same problem.Seems set up to intentionally cause you to miss high-payout donations. I set up my donation schedule with their nurse specifically to make sure I was able to get the full new donor bonus. Turns out the bonus expired the day before the nurse (and the app) said it would, so I missed my last donation (the one that pays the highest.)When I called to ask what changed, I was told their nurses shouldn't be talking about that and therefore they wouldn't honor the schedule they made for me. I donated seven times at a lower pay scale just to miss the last donation where the pay is high, and despite knowing they are the ones who made my schedule incorrectly, they will not honor it.Seems like scummy business practices for a place that's supposed to be focused on helping people.

Nope, go to a different location. This location treats donors with disrespect, wait times are horrible, and pays less than other nearby centers. No reason to go here.

this is for a good cause, they should split the $ in half and just do 60 each time, 40 is not enough. computers were down last time and i got nautious last time after giving.

Computers were slow, I ended up needing a physical (of which I wasn't notified upon making my appointment), felt treated like livestock by the nurse, everybody was exhausted and less than pleasant to deal with, the hurried and memorized instructions get barked at you, which makes it hard to concentrate, the machine didn't return 30 something ml of blood and I was asked to stay under supervision after being there for 2.5 hours already.

I believe it was the actions of the Practitioners that caused my donation not to be completed and in the past I've always been compensated fully, and I believe My compensation was shortened this time, It was uncomfortably, inconvienient with both Arms having been Stuck with needles to Hold Micro Phones and Sing my Karaoke Shows that same Evening.
