Had a wonderful experience living here for 2 years. The landlord was always receptive and helpful. I would definitely refer family and friends to live here!

Had such a great experience with the landlord, lived here 1.5 years and he was always available to fix anything that needed repaired and was overall just very friendly and helpful! Great spot, lots of places within walking distance and had friendly neighbors in the apartment.

These apartments are in a great location in Mound! Centralized to anything you may need. Bard was always prompt with any fixes or communications that were needed. My mother in law enjoyed her time living here!

Gross, apartment wasn't even clean when I moved in. Carpet had not been fully replaced. Unwanted and unannounced access to apt by maintenance guy. Mold, bad windows and screens, faulty repairs with no permit, building falling apart, when it rains it just pours into the back door into building. I have epilepsy and got a medical note to have a dog which he didn't even recognize?! and did not renew my lease during a pandemic!!! Was not planning on staying anyways, I wanted out of the nasty building. Don't address all the wrong on your part, just put it all on me and my 3 kids! Not cool. Grow up Bard. Justice yes please!

I have lived here for 5 years and don't have any complaints. Service are performed in a timely manner. The building's are kept clean and well maintained.

I have lived at Langdon Lakes apartments for 2 years. I have always had very prompt service for any issue (there have been very few) that may have come up. Our air conditioning unit stopped working in July, and Mr. Knudsen had a new unit installed the very next day. Mr. Knudsen always respects our privacy and has never entered our apartment without our permission, after giving ample notice. He and Pete are here to change the batteries in the smoke and carbon detectors every 6 months, and I appreciate that! All in all, Langdon lakes apartments is a very nice quiet place to live.

I have lived at Langdon Lakes for over 10 years. I have never had any trouble while living here. Bard keeps the property clean and manicured. Bard has fixed any problems that have happened quickly.
