Beautiful selection and easy ordering process. Great communication on status throughout the order and delivery. Loved all the options on the site - especially since this was a same-day delivery. Called 30 minutes prior to a funeral that I just found out about, and wanted to send a beautiful arrangement to the family. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the flowers were made and delivered on time. This is beyond customer service and I am extremely grateful for the care they took to ensure this happened for our organization. You guys are a special kind of floral shop and I hope everyone in that area knows it.

I went in and purchased a dozen roses yesterday to pick up for Mother’s Day and brought them up to the nursing home. Unfortunately, there was no vase so I came back to purchase a vase and ask if she could put a little piece of ribbon on there I was working with the owner, Sally, For some reason two of the employees were very grumpy, she put a small piece of ribbon on there and then tore off the price tag on the vase and hand wrote one for three dollars more. I said the vase is 9.99 ( and dirty by the way) the roses were purchased yesterday and I would put them in the vase, she said I’m charging you three dollars for a piece of ribbon. The ribbon maybe was 5 inches long and could not even tie to a full bow. I said, forget the ribbon I can go to Michael’s. Then she ripped the ribbon off and handed me the vase and said pay upfront. For being an owner of an establishment she was so rude. I have shopped for cut flowers and arrangements here, many years however, they have totally lost my business after today, on Mothers Day. Total rip off.

The arrangement was beautiful. All the flowers were fresh. The roses were big and partially opened, just wonderful. The arrangement was the same as pictured on line. I picked up the flowers, so I don’t know how delivery service would be.

Gorgeous flowers delivered promptly each time I order. Also excellent quality and customer service when I've needed decor for special events. Always a favorite place to go for gifts as well!

I have used this florist twice when I am placing orders from out of town. This was the last time though. Today I sent flowers to a funeral for Ron, but the card said Ruth! It was so embarrassing when people at the funeral approached me and asked who “Ruth” is. Also, I ordered a masqueline mix and an all pink arrangement was sent. Just a bit disappointed.

We worked with Lori at Lake Minnetonka Floral for our wedding florals and we can not say enough great things about working with her! Lori went above and beyond for us. She was a dream to work with and helped guide us through the entire process from beginning to end. We knew nothing about florals coming in but had a vision of the colors. Lori took the time to teach us about each flower and gave excellent advice. We were so lucky to have her expertise. Our flowers turned out absolutely perfect! We received so many compliments on the flowers. It was exactly what we envisioned and more! Highly, highly, highly recommend!
