I hate my hair she didn't do it like I wanted it I want to cry it looks so horrible and I'm supposed to go to a wedding and she talks way too much the older lady I had to sit and wait past my time while she stopped and talked my hair looks hideous I would not recommend mound horrible!!!!!!! I used to get my hair done by a previous lady there and she never had a problem with my hair and this lady said my hair was too thin and this and that and it's not
Requested style: Not what I wanted very sad about it I'm going to have to pay more money to have it fixed and I tipped her $5 would love to get that back ?

Two visits in a row, two different stylists… both did not even bother to spray my hair once. They spent about 5 minutes trimming my dry (thick and frizzy) hair with the electric clippers and then said all done. After the first visit, I was unhappy but didn’t realize just how badly cut and uneven it was. After the second visit which lasted not even 5 minutes, I was so confused, she literally didn’t touch the hair on top of my head and when I questioned it, she said she already did it. I got up and left as quickly as I could, I don’t trust anyone there to cut my hair at this point. I got home and found that even while using a 3 guard on an electric razor, she was unable to keep the length of my hair even on each side. Luckily I am moving, but regardless this was my last visit to the Mound, MN location.

I don't understand charging $22 and these people are not carrying how they cut your hair and expecting a tip really disappointed. They should really get some people that can cut hair.

Hair was cut too short on my left side and left my colic sticking straight up in the back. I look lopsided. My right side was cut ok.
