“We were out for dinner at Culver's. When it was time to leave, I couldn't find my phone. Looked all around Culver's, my car, my purse... Nothing. PANIC. Went to the nearby Pioneer Trail T-Mobile Chaska store five minutes before close. Michelle very calmly and patiently walked us through downloading the app to find my device, and helped us finally zoom in on the map where my phone was located... OMG I had left it at HOME. Never once did she make me feel stupid, or like I was delaying her closing duties. On the contrary, she was helpful and empathetic above and beyond. 10 stars!!! Thank you so much, Michelle!”
“Wow! First review. And it's gonna be a good one. Such a good experience. Which is not always expected these day. But here you can get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff that you can tell....this ain't their first rodeo. Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well. I am so grateful to put my trust into the people that work here. I will be coming back for sure! Great job guys!”

“Employees got me straight and on my way, quickly. They were people oriented, which is always nice to find in these stores. This is the second time at this store. Last time being over a year ago. It was a very similar experience. Seriously, consider this store for your cell phone needs.”
“My LG OLED TV was malfunctioning and I went through Costco warranty and got placed with Jack here at H&H called them up, secured the time, he came took them about two hours to replace the motherboard and the power supply. No problems. Would recommend not a bad guy.”
“It's a very well-rounded. Efficiently managed properly maintained store with a team that always seems to be getting something done and never sitting around, which is very much so seen when you walk into the store and you do your shopping. It's a very organized properly stocked inventory. Never see empty shelves. Never see a 1/2 unloaded inventory cart that kind of got abandoned. For some reason everything's always properly finished it's a good store”

“I am a Target fan in general and even though Chaska hasn't had the latest update it's still my favorite Targets of the South to West Metro. My advice to all Target goers gets the red card. It does not have to be a credit card, I prefer a debit card. It's an automatic 5% off all products and free shipping for those items they don't have available. When you combine that with the Cartwheel deals it can be one of the least expensive places for groceries around. The grade of produce is the same as a Cub. It doesn't compare to Kwalskis or Lunds & Beyerlys but I try to eat all my produce by the end of the week and store it properly. I think it is worth the value.The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and even entertaining at times. I only have two complaints, I choose to do my shopping on Mondays and they have not gotten a chance to restock fully what has been depleted from the weekend rush. The second is that half the time they just give me plastic bags instead of asking if I prefer paper or plastic because I do prefer paper. Minimal but matters to me.”

“Target is already one of my favorite stores but My trip to target in Chan was absolutely perfect! This target had everything on my list and more. The check out was quick, efficient, and easy. Even our check out girl "grace" was super friendly and made sure we had all our items before we left! Masks were worn and sanitizer was used. Great job!”

“Target has always been a good store. But now the Target stores are really great and getting better fast.The clothing has improved by leaps and bounds. Home goods have high end looks,(for instance Magnolia, yes that Magnolia) and the new store brand is wonderfully curated. This new brand is called Good and Gather and folks, it's yummy and very reasonably priced. Real honest to goodness Foody chow. Watch out H&M, Costco and Amazon here comes Target! Investors, take note.”
